Fantasy Project Anima

The woman let out a chuckle from beneath the veil. "First, there are lots of movement in Unocedor. It was something about the Eastern Barbarian. Many assassins were openly hired by said Kingdom, and there has been a few casualties already. The target seems to be...hard to bring down."

She pulled out a piece of parchment. "The biggest guild, which encompassed the entirety of the Six Kingdom, has changed their codes recently. We are to give this to any assassin crossing our path, although if you are a member of it then you should go to their headquarter for the complete rundown. This paper here will only give you just enough to travel through their controlled lands unhindered. As for why they changed their code...I believe that it has something to do with a member of them going rogue."

She put a weird emphasis on her next words, "someone known as Red Fang, I presume."

Crimson listened as she looked at the women and the parchment in her hand. hearing her name she sighed. "I know of the person you speak of, do you know if she has a hit and how much it is?" she asked as she leaned back a bit. "it would be good to know for when I run into her" she let out a light laugh as she waited for the women to talk.

The woman shook his head. "We are independent of the main guild. Even if you are an enemy of the guild, as long as you are an assassin, then we will provide you assistance. Of course, that is, if you have the gold to back it up," she was smiling beneath that veil of hers. "That information would cost twenty five gold coins, and this parchment here a hundred. If you have any need for other specific information...that will cost you more. What do you say, my child?"

She shook her head and took out a small bag from her hip. "I have two hundred in here will that be enough or must I get more?" she asked as she held out the small bag. "I have more need for the information then the gold, I can always get more of that" she smiled at the women. "so will you anwser my question?"

The woman slowly took the bag, while in exchange giving handing to parchment to Crimson.

"This should be more than enough, dear. And yes, I shall answer your question. First, regarding this Red Fang," she coughed a bit, "there is no official assassination request from the guild, although there are internal dispatches to retrieve her back, dead or alive. If they can return her corpse, then they will be given fifty coins. If alive, though, the reward would be tenfold and a recommendation to rise up a rank. Unfortunately, you can't cash her out if you weren't given the order directly from the leaders. At least for now. If you wait a month or so, and if the girl is slippery enough to avoid capture, they would most likely open the case for public..."

She chuckled again.

"Is there anything else to ask, my child?

Crimson let out a light laugh hearing that she was only worth 50 coins if dead. she thought for a moment. "Have they said why she is worth that much other then she went rouge?" she was interested in why they but a high price on her though she was pretty amazing. she could not help but smile at her thoughts. "oh and one more question the white death anything on her. I know its probably old information but I only need small amounts" she flipped the parchment a bit in her hand.

The Master shook her head again. "There is no more information, you have to ask the leaders yourself for that. Perhaps she was carrying a sensitive information about the guild, and they need to silence her. Or...perhaps they just want to have some fun, send a few people against her as practice while looking for new leaders candidate. I won't delve too deep into the guild's intention. I just heard that the Red Fang is known as a wild assassin who tend to go overboard when killing her targets. Fitting for her nickname, I guess."

She paused a bit before answering her next question. "That's a name I haven't heard for a while. There was a gifted child-assassin called the White Death, but she was no more. Why are you interested in that, my dear?"

She had to hold her laugh back hearing what had come out of her mouth, the information is correct...was...is she still like that? she shook her head. "it was a name I came across in my travels and was interested that is all" she said as she stood up. "thank you for what you have told me" she nodded her head at the older women then started out the door. Was she still as wild as she use to be, her mind wandered to when she killed off the bandits. she smiled to her self as she went out the door, perhaps she was.

The woman behind the shroud bowed a bit, bidding her farewell. "Goodbye, my child. Be vigilant, and entertain us in the sideline some more...it is rare to see someone eluding the guild for so long, it's quite a sight to behold..."

Riz was waiting in the room, still on her previous spot, although now she was holding an enclosed bundle most likely containing assassination tools. The things she had wanted to procure from the store. "You, done?" She asked.

Hearing the woman's words she looked behind her and smiled at the older women. She had known this whole time...Crimson turned back and closed the door with a slight laugh, of coarse she had. moving out she looked at Riz and nodded. "i need to pay for these" she held up the box she had gotten earlier with the needles she needed. "will you be going up with me then?" she asked with a small smile as she walked past her and to the staps.

The petite girl kept on staring at Crimson, but she nevertheless followed by her side silently without showing any sign of hostility. Without her master around she seemed to be more relaxed, not looking forward to fight. "What you, ask, the old lady...?" she muttered out of nowhere, her tone showing that she was familiar with the woman in shroud.

=====

Meanwhile at the front store, Norman was rambling on about his adventures again while Arty and Gills listened (forcefully). Arty looked like she was about to fall asleep any moment, her head bobbing up and down, while Gills just looked irritated. Not at Norman, but at the shopkeeper, Elmer. The two guys were having some sort of staring contest at the moment.

"How long would it take?" the Prince snarled.

"...How should I know?" he retaliated in kind.

In the background, the muscle brain still drone on and on about his travel through the land of Zebeth, encountering wildlife and making food out of them. Seems like the story today was about cuisine.

Crimson looked down at the girl and stopped. "information on me and new codes is all though I mentioned your name " she started to walk again. "you are vary interesting and if I knew you would be like this I would of asked you myself. " Crimson let out a light laugh before looking at her again. "and if I would of known we would run into each other I would of just asked about the information from you instead of paying 200 gold" she smiled at her before stopping at the end of the steps.

Riz shook her head. "Riz...not interesting..." she muttered. Her memories before meeting Cruz was not a pleasant one, memories which she had tried to shake off for the past twelve years. She had been called a child-prodigy. She called herself a chaos.

Gills noticed Crimson climbing out from the stair, and turned to see her immediately. Upon seeing Riz beside her, though, his face went sour. He knew that the bodyguard would be there, but seeing the two walking together like friends kind of set a warning in his mind. What the hell happened?

Crimson understood why Riz would think that there life's weren't good ones and were normally all the same, unless you are high up there or just enjoy there jobs. Crimson loved what she did and by how Riz acted maybe she was different. " Well I think you are anyway" Crimson gave Riz a small smile then went up to the counter ignoring the group. she only did it because she wanted the man to think they were really nothing but employers. "ok so I need to pay for these" she smiled flirtatiosly at the man as she leaned on the conter a bit as she placed the box on top of it.

Elmer inspected the box for a bit before returning it back. "It's all paid with. The Master had told me," he said. When Riz handed her bundle, though, she paid him with a few gold coins. It seems that the consultation fee had included the items as bonus.

"huh...alright then" she shrugged then picked up the box again. she would have to switch the neeldes out and and find places to put them. she smiled at the man then turned to Riz. "see you around kid" she gave her a little wink then walked off and out of the store. she didn't look at the group until she had gone down the road a bit. she turned at looked at them well...Gills. "how dose she look? isint the outfit just cute?" she smiled at him as she placed her hand on Artys shoulder. she was hopping for a complament or something on her outfit as well since it showed more.

Gills glared at Crimson. "So you're the one who did that. Why the heck did you get her those outfits?! I mean yeah they're cute, but..."

"Eh, I like it," Norman whistled. Gills was clearly in the minority opinion here, and he could only sigh.

"...I give up, just do whatever. Also, why are you still here...?"

He was referring to Riz, who had exited the shop with them but was now following behind the group. And somehow she showed no sign of going away.

"Nothing, to do..." she replied flatly.

Crimson giggled at Gills little glare then looked over at Noman. "she dose look vary cute and so grown up" she let out a light laugh. she was hopping to get something from Gills, maybe a blush or something now that she had less clothing on. she looked over at the two boys...nothing. she let out a small sigh, perhaps if she threw on a full dress covering everything she would get a reaction. she then looked down for a moment before looked over at Riz. "so you will be hanging with us then?" she said then thought for a moment. "would you like to help me with something then?" she asked her with her head tipped as her hand still laid on Artys shoulder.

Gills didn't seem to like the prospect of having Rizeluke around, especially with the potential that Cruz would know everything going on. Arty didn't seem to mind, though. Neither was Norman, although that's more because the bartender didn't know who the girl was. He just thought it was some acquaintance of them.

Riz tilted her head. "Help, what...?" the assassin asking her for help was not an expected thing.

She just smiled at Riz. "come on ill show you it wont be hard or take long" as she said this she started to push Arty lightly by the shoulder twords the way out of town. "we will meet up with you boys later same place" she said this then turned around and pointed at Gills. "don't fallow this is girl stuff" she said this then looked at Riz then Arty. even if Riz did not fallow this was going to happen, Arty needed to break her dagger in.

Gills was just dumbfounded by the turn of event. "Huh, what? But what about..." he went silent when he remembered that Riz was still there. It was too risky while not knowing what the bodyguard's intention was. "Aargh, fine, we'll wait in the inn called Brotherby's. Don't take too long!" he was half-shouting as the three of them went their merry way. Norman just giggled the entire exchange.

"You keep on getting ditched by woman, eh, Gills? You should know how to handle them better."

"Shut it," he sighed.

======

Arty was confused as well, but she followed along as Crimson herd her out of the town. Riz still followed along, her face showing no discernible expression yet clearly knew nothing about what Crimson want her to do. Did she want to fight? That would make sense since she was going outside the town.

Getting out of town she looked back seeing that the guys did not fallow she sighed. "I already got yelled at for one thing I don't feel like dealing with another." she mumbled this to herself as she stopped. "ok so as for the help" she looked over at Riz. "can you spar with her?" she pointed at Arty as she asked this. "I want her to learn how to defend herself and you being out of the club, I was wondering if you would be up for it" she smiled at her. she was told to not do any hard work and with the next hit coming she would need her strength. "nothing big just to get her to know a few things" she looked over at Arty and tapped the dagger at her hip.

When she said that, the two girls just stood there looking at each other, then back to Crimson. Arty specifically looked flustered. Riz just stared at her with a dumbfounded expression.

"B-but, miss Crimson, I don't...I-I can't..." she stuttered to form her words. While she was fond of the dagger Crimson had bought for her, to use it in a real fight was a different thing. She couldn't even think of harming other people.

Crimson looked at Arty and sighed. "look you wont hurt her its mostly just so you can use it to defend your self" she then looked at Riz. "and with out the prince's order I don't see why she would want to harm you" she gave Riz a small smile, that basically was a, I hope I am right because if she is harmed ill rip your head off, smile. "so I'm seeing this as good practice unless you would rather me do it and risk injury" she looked back at Arty and tapped the middle of her chest. "when I am healed I can help you but until then she is the next best thing" she gave them both a small smile.

Riz was still staring at Crimson. She let out a sigh. "Riz has, no weapon," the petite girl lifted up her arms to prove her words. There was the bundle from before, but most of them are poison and needles used in assassination. Not something you would use in a hand-to-hand fight. "Also Riz, can't teach. Riz don't know, how"
