When it says, "Users profile not available," does that mean they have it set so that only some people can see it? I know that it doesn't mean you're blocked because people you block can still see your profile.

But I swear it used to say, "This person limits who can see their profile," or something like that.

They most likely set it to where only followers can view their profile.

So the site just changed what it says? Because like I said, when I checked someone else who I know has their profile set like that, it said something else. It's not a big deal. I'm just curious.

Who is the user in question?

I doubt the phrasing changed but its possible it could have slithered in a software update with out anyone realizing.
