Profile Borders Down?

Ah, so, perhaps I've missed an update post or something, or maybe it's just me, but I can't seem to find the option to edit my profile banner thingie. After searching for the option on my profile page and trying the link as instructed here to no avail, I attempted to find the option that supposedly was available as seen here. Again, sadly, to no avail.

Not really sure if this is a bug or what, but, hopefully it's nothing too troublesome for you guys...(':3)

DWiz has been working on some site bugs and as for now, there are no profile banners. I'm not sure if in the future they will come back or not.


But don't worry it's not a bug, and the staff team are aware!
