Problems Typing with Mobile

Recently I've been having a problem with making posts from my phone. Sometimes it works well, but other times it won't register what I'm putting in. My phone registers that I'm typing, but the text doesn't appear on-screen or register when I try to send it, though sometimes a period will go through. This seems to happen when I've begun typing on a page, then navigated to another tab before returning, but it also happens without warning or when I go to a page for the first time. I am able to type in another app then paste my text where I want it, which seems to be working, but it is still pretty annoying. Is there anything I can do about this?


On a similar note, I'm also only able to tag people occasionally and can't add tags to my posts. I can type them in the box, but they stay regular text and don't appear in the thread. This isn't really important, but I thought I'd make a note of it while I'm here.

I'm on mobile right now and have been for a long while and I haven't seen and problems... are you sure your device doesn't haven an update available? Maybe you haven't don't a soft reset in awhile?

I don't think I have any updates due... This is the only site where I have this problem. At least, I haven't noticed it anywhere else.

Hmmm I use Chrome as well on my mobile device and do not experience any issues. What device do you use?

I have this problem on the Galaxy S7, newest Android system of course. This is what it is. When it bugs like that you end up actually typing into the Chrome search bar without the search bar popping up. So it'll look like your keystrokes aren't registering, but they are. If  you encounter this bug, hit the home button or whatever is keyed to mutli-window and then re-open chrome. I havent tried looking for a more permanent fix though, and it seems to be a problem only associated with this site.
