Eren is a sweet, caring individual with a love for nature. He tries to be gentle, and kind, despite his powers. He is quite reckless, however, often putting himself in harms way if it could help someone else. His healing ability tends to make him feel invincible, and therefore doesn’t care about his safety, and has no self associated fears of pain or death.

Despite Eren’s pacifistic and downright childish nature, he will fight for anyone who can’t fight for themselves. He is very headstrong and determined when he needs to be. Once Eren’s started something, he won’t stop till he ends it.

Eren is very naïve, oblivious, and a little slow on the uptake. In his own personal opinion, he’s “A dumbass, yes. Retarded, no. Please don’t call me retarded. That’s an insult to mentally retarded people everywhere. I’m just an idiot.” In all actuality, Eren actually has the potential to be very smart but lacks the tools to learn through little fault of his own.

He tends to act without thinking about the consequences, and this often leads him into trouble. He’s also often angry and frustrated with himself for his many flaws, most of them having to do with his lack of an education.

Eren is uneducated, never having gone to school. A few people have tried to teach him before, but they all quickly got frustrated with Eren’s constant questioning, needs for further explanations, inability to sit still, and lack of focus.

Backstory:
Eren grew up in a small farming community with his father. His mother died when he was very young, and he was raised as an only child. His father had never been formally educated and saw no need to put his son in school when he could have a strong, tireless farmhand on call all the time. Eren’s been working sense he was a child doing farm work, and other manual labour.

From the time Eren was very young he’d wanted to go to school, but his father kept him out of it, under the guise of homeschooling. Meanwhile, instead of educating his son, Eren’s father used him to do all the work on their farm while he relaxed and drank most of the day. Eren never complained, but he would have much rather been learning inside an air-conditioned school building than doing the work of ten men out in the hot sun all day long.

Eren’s father also kept him ignorant, knowing that without knowledge, Eren would be less likely to run away. Eren never did try to run away. He worked for his father until he was 14 when his father died of liver failure. After his father’s death, Eren didn’t know what to do. He was placed in the foster system for a while, where it was discovered he couldn’t read, write, or do more than basic mathematics. He was teased mercilessly for this and grew a deep-seated hatred for himself during this time.

By the time he was 15, Eren had convinced himself that he was an idiot that was holding his foster family back because of his incompetence. He decided to run away and has been living on the streets ever since.

Abilities:
Super Strength: Eren can lift up to thirty times his body weight (up to 3,600 pounds), with little to no effort.

Advanced Healing: Eren’s body heals almost instantaneously and he has the ability to regenerate lost appendages.


Level Tier: Bata


Limits:
Eren is mostly limited by his own ignorance. He’s not really sure how strong he is and underestimates himself more often than not. His fear of hurting others causes him to be exceptionally cautious and unwilling to test his limitations.

His healing is another matter. The main limitation to his healing is the fact that he can only heal himself, and can’t control it at all. His body heals itself entirely on its own.


Weaknesses:
For all the help it can be, Eren’s healing is actually a frustrating hindrance on most occasions, seeing how it often heals things incorrectly, or way too fast. He often has to re-break incorrectly healed bones and cut shrapnel and infections out of healed wounds.

His strength, on the other hand, has no known weakness aside from his general unwillingness to use it to its full potential.

He's also a geek, loving popular culture. However, Handler can get very angry and also get anxiety attacks.

Backstory:
Handler was born in Havaera's neighbouring city, Woodfield. As he grew up, he became a movie fanatic. He would go on to watch he most popular movies. Handler also has been noticing that he's been having strange abilities. The power to make energy shields and force fields were his abilities. Handler thought it was really cool, so he showed them off in school.

The school suspended them and soon the private military there, Woodfield Protection Services, tried to enlist him to be a legal superhuman. Handler's parents had enough of it and moved to Innovalle, where the public was a bit more accepting of superhumans.

When Handler arrived in Innovalle, he noticed the hero program and wanted to join, while in school he was still a loser. He signed up for the program and became the sidekick of the hero, Yany Mits. Yany Mits and Handler went on a mission to defeat a major supervillian. On that mission, Handler lost his arm. He got a replacement, metal arm, and once he arrived back at school, everyone had became his friend. He thought it was just cause they liked the metal arm, but it was actually because the teachers told the students to be nice around him. The students were faking it and Handler was gullible.

In the hero program, he got upgrades for his arm and became a great sidekick. However, he wishes that the hero program would be less restricted, and allow him to became a hero. Around this time, Yolya Markov, his relative who used to come over to his house in Woodfield, started to come over more often. He tells Handler to leave the fight and go for a peaceful route. Handler doesn't listen to him and continues to fight, making more "friends" and enemies as he goes along.

Skills (Combat): Handler is good at hand & hand combat, along with sword-fighting and stick-fighting. Handler is also trying to snipe.

Some may call her an airhead for lack of supposed anger, fear, or depression, but she simply has a much better hold of herself than most her age might. If there is one person who constantly stirs her emotions, it would be her adopted daughter, Pandora. That child has no idea how much Echo does for her sake, staying instead in her little world of silence.

Isaac is intelligent, charismatic, and manipulative. He’d do anything for the greater good, obeying his leader without question or complaint. He strives for perfection and receives harsh discipline from both himself and his leader when he falls short. He lives for his God, his Church, and his leader, and is a firm believer that when you live for someone you should be prepared to die. Isaac is more than willing to become a martyr and is quite convinced he wouldn’t have it any other way.

Despite his love, respect, and devotion for his leader, God, and the Church, Isaac is very fearful of his leader, who still holds him tightly under his thumb. Isaac is often still subjected to all manner of abuse by his leader for the smallest infractions. Isaac is constantly in fear for his own soul due to his living outside the commune, despite the frequent visits from his leader.

Isaac is the most devout follower of God’s Church for the Liberation of Man, and will even throw his own family under the bus in favour of his faith and his leader. He’d be willing to commit every sin in the Bible if his leader told him to. He’s more then willing to kill for his beliefs and is ready to kill every Metahuman with his bare hands if he must.

Isaac is also, at his heart, a kind soul. He believes he’s doing his best for humanity. He is not evil, just misguided.

Relationships:
Is a follower of Joshua Samuels. They have a physical relationship along with somewhat of a mentor/student relationship which borders close to a master/slave dynamic with Isaac’s devotion being what it is. The nature of their sexual relationship is entirely one-sided, seeing how Isaac is not free to refuse Joshua’s advances.

Backstory:
Isaac was born to two high ranking members of God’s Church for the Liberation of Man, Abraham and Isabella Christiansen. He was the second eldest of nine children (by name and birth order Mary, Isaac, Jacob, Rachel, Dahlia, Ruben, Joseph, Christian, and Eleanor).

As a child, Isaac was always very charming and obedient… or else. Isaac was taught from a young age to obey his superiors without question, keep sweet no matter what, and to hate all metahumans, for they were demons incarnate. He was often harshly disciplined for drawing young metahumans close to him and attempting to seek their friendship. The young child was under the impression that he could save them from their demonic ways but was sorely mistaken.

By all normal society’s standards, Isaac and his siblings were abused by their family, but according to the Church’s leader, Joshua Samuels, “The Bible’s instructions are clear. ‘To spare the rod is to spoil the child.’ You must teach them the ways of the Church, for only you can lead them down the path of righteousness.”

By the time he was twelve, Isaac had shown an innate talent for preaching the word. By this time his desire to save the demonic metahumans had been beaten out of him, and he was more concerned with calling his fellow man to rise up against them. Joshua Samuels took quite a shine to young Isaac, claiming he was a prophet of some of the highest degree. Joshua began to hold long, private classes with Isaac on how to lead the people of God’s Church against the demons who plagued the Earth.

By Isaac’s thirteenth birthday, Joshua had requested the boy be moved into the temple with him to begin full-time training as a prophet. Despite his upbringing, Isaac confided in his 16-year-old sister, Mary, that he did not want to leave the rest of his family, and that Joshua had made unwanted advancements towards him during their lessons.

Mary was furious and told her parents that Joshua had been having unholy relations with Isaac. Her father instructed her that she was in no position to make such an accusation and that the process for indoctrinating new prophets was never to be questioned.

Despite these warnings, when Isaac’s father took him to Joshua to live in the temple, Mary followed them. She spoke up in front of the community, claiming that Joshua was abusing his young pupils. No one believed her, and even Isaac turned his back on Mary, denying having ever said anything to Mary about his lessons.

In the end, Isaac went to live in the temple with Joshua, and his older sister had her tongue cut out for spreading lies against the prophets. Isaac’s punishment for revealing the nature of his lessons was far worse.

During Isaac’s training, he endured merciless abuse, mentally, physically, and sexually, at the hands of Joshua. He came to understand his place as a flawed, imperfect human, unworthy of God’s grace. He learned that he was given a divine blessing to tell people of their beliefs and values. He was told that by having sexual relations with Joshua, he was not practising the abomination of homosexuality, but being purified by his divine leader. He grew to understand that his behaviour was a reflection of his God and that Metahumans were demonic beings that God wished to eliminate.

He became a full prophet at the age of 18 and was given the divine plan for his life: he was to educate himself in the heathen sciences and infiltrate the META Headquarters as a scientist. Isaac now lives a double life outside the commune. During the day he’s a normal scientist for META, but at night he records sermons for the people of the Church, and reaches out to recruit other believers outside the commune.

Abilities:
Mind Control: Isaac has the ability to use small amounts of mind control, much like the Jedi mind tricks. When he speaks, those of weak wills will do as he says. He can smile and say some pretty words, and his followers would leap from buildings. The longer people are in his presence, the stronger the hold he has on them. Comes across as very charismatic.

It’s worth noting, that Isaac is not aware he is a Metahuman. He’s been told that his way with people is a gift from God and that he is a chosen prophet for his people.

Alpha

Limits:
Those of strong will can break free from his hold fairly easily. He may be using unknown mind control, but he’s not much more powerful than most cult leaders… and he’s not even the leader…

Weaknesses:
Is controlled himself by Joshua Samuels. Completely at his leader’s mercy despite his powers.
Has no idea he’s a Metahuman. Hates Metahumans with a passion, and would not hesitate to insist he be tortured to death and sent back to hell if he were to discover he was one.
