Answered Private Message Invite Number Limit?

Hello there,


me and a large group of friends are planning a very large PM group, and we were wondering if the 20 member invitation limit from before the update is still in place or if there is no longer a limit or if that limit has changed. I ask because we were hoping to go far above that possible 20 person limit and were wondering whether it would be feasible to host a group that size here on RPN or if we should find another location to host it.

I'm not sure if it is or not, but have you considered starting a Hosted Project?  You can set it so that only members can see it, so it's almost like a PM in that respect.

From when I first tried to start a group conversation for a specific role in an old HP of mine, there does appear to be a limit for PMs, but I cannot remember how many it was limited to.

The current limit is still 20 members + yourself (making a total of 21 members) in a single PM. I'm not a mod or an admin so take my words with a grain of salt, but I highly doubt that there exist any special permissions to expand the max number of group PM participants, and even if it''s possible, it isn't probabky unlikely that they'll allow it. Like what Kaerri said, it's best to just make an HP forum and then set it so that only members can view its contents, or you can go with your original plan of setting up the RP elsewhere, i suppose.
