In a world where everyone knows each other, people are normal. But one day, a strange light flashes in the sky at night, randomly changing people into psychopaths. Jeremiah Valeska becomes 'The Joker'. Waylon Jones becomes 'Killer Croc'. Edward Nigma, 'The Riddler'.
This event goes on for a while, people being scared of their own family members out of fear of who could turn next.
Bruce is known for being the batman, with the whole batfamily, too.
Pamela and Harleen are scared for not their own lives, but for each others.
