Help Prefix selector is inaccessible with my screen reader

I'm mostly blind, so I use Jaws, a screanreader software that verbally announces what's on the screen. Unfortunately, when I tried finding the correct prefix for this post, my jaws wouldn't read the options aloud when I clicked on the button menu. Is there a way this could be fixed? Thanks.
