Well hello there!
I genuinely love to write, poetry, short stories and to Role Play. I am free most of the time, usually from 12 (noon) to about 11pm though on weekends I will stay up to 2am if I am engaged but not if I am still waiting. These times are EST or GMT -5, so the East Coast of the Untied States. Sometimes though I will be home in Geneva at GMT +2 which is six hours ahead of the US East Coast. These occasions are rare but I will give you advance warning when it occurs, I will however attempt to continue going with the RP rather than putting it on hold.
Length and quality. These are important, I do expect someone to invest quality into their writing because for me it is an extension of myself. I can manage anywhere from a paragraph to five to six, depending on my enthusiasm, the amount the other person expects, the situation in the RP, and the overall feel. I will say that it is safe to expect 1-2 paragraphs from me, but the more I am given to work with the more I will be replying with.
However if I believe that I can get higher quality out of a single paragraph than with 2-3 I will do so without hesitation. I don't mind fluff and filler but too much makes me begin to lose interest in my own writing and as such I begin to have difficulty responding in length with good quality. I promise though, that I will do what I can.
I'm am preparing to enter my third year of University Courses. I am majoring in International Security and Diplomacy with a focus on the Far East, minors in Japanese, Peace Studies and International Business/Law. It is a 18 hour course load during the Autumn and Spring sessions and 12 hours over the course of the summer. As such I can be busy from time to time but usually have a solid 2 hours to RP a day in the Fall/Spring and usually 4-5 a day in the Summer. Depending on the coursework and whether or not I find them easy.
One thing I must apologize for ahead of time is my spelling and grammar. I learned English when I was little but it is by no means my first language. Growing up in Switzerland I did have to graduate from my Boarding School with an additional language (English) to compliment my birth language which is French. As such I do have difficulty from time to time when it comes to spelling and grammar, but I do try and wouldn't mind having some things pointed out from time to time. It would help me in the long run anyhow so don't worry. I just hope my sentences are coherent enough and don't cause any problems.
If there is anything else about me that would like to know please feel free to comment below asking or just PM me! I love talking to people about anything from Religion, Politics and Culture, to Anime, Books and Movies. Some of my hobbies include Archery, Equestrian and Sailing competitions, Writing, and World Building. I love Nation RP's and have been doing them for quite some time and am actually running one here on the site. I put a lot of depth in to my writing and my hobbies as they allow me to express myself more freely than I normally can.
Okay I apologize if anyone gets offended in this next section, these are my preferences and by no means do you need to meet all of the requirements, but if you think to yourself that you aren't meeting any of them, go ahead and talk to me. Ultimately I will decide whether or not a future of RPing is possible with you! The only ones that are even close to a must would be the idea of quality and then about a paragraphs worth in a response.
- Personally I would like for my partner or partners to relatively well spoken, using their words to create scenes that are detailed and full of description to help me visualize the setting, the characters and everything in between. I am a visual person so this just helps keep my interest in an RP.
- I would like someone who is mature and doesn't constantly use text talk or abbreviated words to communicate, and this is an absolute must when In-Character. I can't take someone seriously when their character communicates with srsly, lol, omg, bff, rofl etc. Please put effort into your posts, spell out the words and such, it helps with the flow and it makes me believe you actually care about what you are writing.
- Maturity Pt.2 please be sure you can handle some topics that aren't the most innocent. Not all my RP's are dark but I have been known to incorporate darker things into the RP or into the past of my characters. Depending on the setting, the plot and my character, plus the preference of my partner will determine how in depth in darkness or gruesome it gets, keeping in mind the site rules at all times though. This also doubles to romance topics for the more detailed stuff. I will fade to black due to the site's rules, and I won't go around decapitating people in grim detail. I will be sure to ask my partner if such things are acceptable to them and if they aren't then I won't incorporate them.
- Consistency. Please pleas please please please please please don't just leave the RP without telling me. I will be trying my absolute best to avoid doing this as well. I would very much prefer more than one post per day, but one post per day unless otherwise stated is really my minimum. I will post at least once per day and I really do expect the same. Being consistent is really something I appreciate because too long in between posts and I will begin to lose interest. If you aren't feeling an RP anymore we can talk about changing it up or moving to another RP if that is what we decide is best rather than dragging something out that one or neither of us are interested in.
- Length and quality. Length however is not as important. If you can accomplish something in a paragraph that most would be able to accomplish in three in terms of depth and quality than I won't have an issue with it. However if you struggle to meet a paragraph and they are still of high quality I will not have an issue. Not meeting a paragraph but having O.K. quality is where I begin to feel uneasy. I appreciate reciprocal amounts of paragraphs. So if I pour it out and make three I would appreciate two or three in response or a really high quality single as a minimum.
These are my base preferences to my partner(s). Please try to give it your best when you can, and I do understand if things come up In Real Life, in other RP's or if you just flat out lose interest. I won't take offense so long as you come to me and tell me that you aren't going to be able to post or you aren't interested in RPing any more. If you leave however, without a word I will give it a couple days before messaging you, seeing if you are going to ignore me or if you are actually not active on the site for the time being. If it is the latter there is nothing I can do. Which I sincerely hope doesn't happen!
Fun stuff now. These again like the above area are preferences but aren't mandatory as I am open to exploring areas that I either have no experience in or no prior interest.

Little note about this area first, I really am good about being given plots or working with a plot this is a little fleshed out. However on that note, I am not the best when it comes to making one up on the spot, let alone on the go so please forgive me for that!
Below are some pairing plot starters that I wouldn't mind doing. Italics mean I would like to do the plot. Bold character means I would prefer to be that. I do prefer MxM and MxF, though I can do FxF if it is interesting. I prefer to be uke, mainly because I can relate to a less dominate personality but I will be seme if I need to be. If it is a MxF, I would prefer to be the female, but can do male if the need arises.
