Help Posting Media Through URL

With the new update, I've noticed that the option to add media through URL is apparently absent, and I now have to upload existing files in my system. Will it be added later on when the site has finished updating completely, or is it stuck that way now, with only one way to add media?

Click the image icon and then go to the next Tab in that menu

No, not in a thread. Adding media to my gallery. All I get is a button that says 'Upload File'.

Just gonna renew interest in this, because it's pretty annoying to download everything and post them. Will the URL function be added again?

It is not something we control, it seems to be gone as of the update, I'll make the xenforo developers about it.
