Relationships: Mother, father and "baby" brother live in Nacrene City, Unova. Aunt, uncle and two cousins live in Fushia city, Kanto. No S/O

Personality: Naomi is a bit reserved for her age. Despite her being only 15, most would consider her to be 35 with the way she acts and thinks. She is friendly to most people she comes across in a civilized manner, but no one would know when they have actually become her friend until she says it outright. She is smart and extremely independent as well, so she isn't one to ask for help or to open up to others unless she is in a dire situation. Despite all of this she is extremely loyal and doesn't mind telling others how she truly feels. Naomi will be the first one to jump into battle and help others in need as well. In battle she and her pokemon are quick thinkers and tend to experiment with different moves and abilities a lot.

Background: Growing up in Nacrene City, Naomi and her parents never really showed affection. It's not to say Naomi thought her parents didn't love her, it was just the fact that nobody was very comfortable with showing much emotion- especially her father. Despite this her mother and her would spend quiet evenings in the kitchen cooking, and during the day her and her father would go out and practice battling. The Walton family was well off in terms of money, so on occasion Naomi would have private lessons with a tutor. When her little brother Lial was born, her mother spent less time with her. However Naomi wasn't jealous and actually preferred it, as she hated being smothered. Her father and her ended up spending more and more time together because of this, mostly battling, fishing and reading together. When she was 12 her parents pushed her to live with her aunt, uncle and two cousins out in the Kanto reagion to start her own journey. This was her first time adventuring alone, and she absolutely loved it. There she received her first pokemon from her aunt- Nidoran.

After about a year she had completed her journey, where she then decided to move back in with her family in the Unova reagion. As a parting gift her aunt gave her Marowak. Naomi spent a year back home until she turned 14. She was then encouraged to journey out to Port Pinella and show off her amazing battle skills which had become quite known in her family and even a bit around Kanto. Realizing Port Pinella didn't have a ground type gym she decided to start her own, and that's how she came to be a gym leader.

Personality: Kira is one of the most closed off people that is native to Port Pinnella. She tends to have that stubborn and almost rude streak in her that you would not expect from a Professor turned Gym Leader. Though if her family is around her, you'll end up getting a very playful but yet still sarcastic side. She's softened alot since having kids, her outlook on life is alot different then as a child. When she was younger she was looking for any excuse to get out of Pinella, but now that she has kids, she has more interest in staying in the town she calls home.

Background: Being born on an old Pokemon farm, Kira grew to have a passion for the Miltank that lived there, but she wanted more. She had an interest in all pokemon, not just the milking ones. Her father saw this, so at a young age, Kira came to work and study at a Pokemon Lab rather than study at a Pokemon school. She ate, slept, and breathed Pokemon typing as that was her major study. Through a lab accident where Rangers became involved, Kira met a wonderful rookie by the name of Akira and (reluctantly, but also not very reluctantly) fell in love with him. She still puts up with him to this day.

Personality:
Saying Akira has changed from his youth is an understatement. Once, he was nothing but a kid with a chip on his shoulder, chomping at the bit to prove himself and surpass his father and prove his worth. Now, he's much more relaxed. His obsessive tendencies turned to an absolute dedication to his job and to his community, and the chip on his shoulder turned into the desire to be the best person he can be. He can still be a bit...moody, at times, but he's usually very jovial and light-hearted. He is very much a dad, with bad jokes included. Nothing makes him happier than crashing in whenever his wife is giving some Trainer's new Pokemon, or stopping by the school to give a lesson...even if the bosses back at HQ tell him to focus on his job.

Background:
Akira was born in Pallet Town, the same place as his father, Red. Red...how do I say this...was never around. He was too busy sitting on a mountain waiting for children to try and beat him in a Pokemon battle. As such, Akira didn't exactly have the best relationship with the guy, go figures. The only thing Akira had from his father was his old hat, and a single Charmander egg. As the years went on, resentment grew in the boy. Red was worshipped like a god, meanwhile he was just seen as his son, with no value besides his parentage. By the time hw as twelve, Akira had decided what his goal in life would be: he would beat his father, and prove himself. Everything else didn't matter. His old dream of becoming a Ranger? Gone. This was his path, and he'd walk it to the end.

For the next four years he travelled through his home region, defeating Gyms one by one. All the while, he became stronger and stronger. But he never felt...fufilled. Every victory felt hollow, shallow. Because he hadn't beaten his father yet. He practically stuffed his badges in a closet. Slowly, he came to his senses. He realized how petty it was to dedicate his life to spite his old man. So, after beating the last Gym Leader...he gave up. He went home, hung his running shoes up, and released all his Pokemon besides his beloved Charizard. After that, he went to Pokemon Ranger School, graduating with top honors. It was during his early years with the Rangers that he met his future wife Kira, and shortly after marrying, he was put in charge of the Pinnella Ranger Station, where he's stayed for almost ten years now.

Appearance: Ellie is short, with unruly dyed blonde hair she can never seem to tame. She straightens it, but naturally has very curly hair. She spends a lot of her time outdoors, surrounded by the flowers and plants she adores so much.

Pokemon: Butterfree -Lv 42, Azurill - Lv 5 (just hatched), Gossifleur - lv 24 (Inherited from her mother)

Relationships & Background: Ellie is quiet, and has just moved to the small town from a bustling city. Her situation back home was precarious- her parents were much older and ailing, and her ex was not good to her. After her parents both passed, she uprooted her life from the big city and moved, starting up a flower shop with her inheritance. Her shop is approaching half a year old, and she couldn't be more excited.

Minna is a sweet toddler, just learning how to form words and use her feet. She resembles her mother to a T, having her same features and personality. Ellie affectionately calls Minna her “Mini-me”​

Childhood sweethearts, she and her ex had a short and tumultuous marriage. She has no contact with him. He is not a good man.​

Personality: Ellie is a sweet young woman with a heart of gold. She has a caring personality and is quick to offer customers baked goods, coffee, and water. Hospitality is something she learned from her mother, who owned several hotels and had a large heart. She is extremely quiet but opens up once she is comfortable and trusts others.

Other: Soon after moving to Pinella, she came across an egg, which hatched into her little Azurill! She calls her new little friend Azzie, and he helps keep the plants in the shop watered. She had a large inheritance after her parents' passing, but donated large sums of it and used the remainder to open her dream flower shop. She does floral arrangements, sells bouquets, and also helps with starting Berry trees.

Ellie was born and raised in the Galar region, giving her a strong accent. She grew up in Motostoke, where her parents ran their hotel business. Her older brother took over the company when they passed- Ellie never had much of a passion for working in hospitality. She and her brother no longer have a relationship due to disagreements on this.

Personality: How to describe Nico??? Lucky or Unlucky, his luck always switches every single time. One day he could catch a random pokemon(Gible) while running away from those vermins known as Zubats. Other times he would be running away from an angry Teriyaki that got mad just cause Nico had run out of food. He isn't very competitive but don't ever make fun of his pokemons because then he can become evil as he can be. His prankster side will come out. He is very protetictive

Background: If Nico was being honest, he never wanted to become a pokemon. But he was forced and trained when his uncle Steven Stone gave him a shiny Beldum for his six Birthday. While at the beginning he went around battling gym leaders and other people, he eventually just decided to be a trainer for fun, at least when he isn't bored and feels like doing something. Moved to Pinella mainly cause he found it a real quiet??? place

Other:
*Has learned how to fight ever since he got the stupid fried chicken, who always attacked him for no reason. While he stoll gets beat up by the chicken, he has learned how to handle himself better in a fight(at least when the Teriyaki isn't trying to burn him down with a flamethrower or something)
*Somehow has earned enough money to open up a teriyaki/fried chicken store that is only open for four hours only.
*Used to be friends with a trainer known as Danny but Danny unfortunately passed away.

Shop: A dainty, comfortable icecream shop placed by the beach's boardwalk. Though he's no longer a gym leader, it's been reinvented into somewhere newbies go to train. The trainers there are his regular customers who he treats like family. Though Casper requests for them not to fight on his behalf, they're very protective of his status and free time. The fighting zone is located in the freezer.
The menu is not limited to ice cream, but also warm Swedish pastries to get by on cold months.

Wraps up the to-go food. Quite the mischievous little sucker though. Casper's never officially caught Delibird, rather, it caught Casper by stealing so much of his icecream that he just let it in anyways, at the price of it wrapping the food for others.

Personality: (Surface-level observations that anybody could make. More to be revealed throughout the story) Unfortunately for sadists, trying to squeeze angry or sad reactions from Casper will tend to wield fruitless results. As though spiting his notoriety he had years ago, this guy is actually a pretty relaxed, understanding person who loves to tease people. You'll find he's extremely difficult manipulate unless it's out of his own free will, which is more often than you'd think. He's always offering a listening ear and open mind to those who come to his shop with problems and many compare his likeness to an experienced bartender. Though his face is youthful, his demeanor says aged.

Brycen-The Unova gym leader and Aaron's father. Acts much like Casper's dad.
History: If you recognize Casper Forsberg, it's probably from the ice skating career he gave up on years ago in exchange for a peaceful life. As public knowledge goes, Casper was a child star, constantly working to be the best skater there is without a chance to relax. At a young age he learned that the spotlight was the only love he'd get from his parents, so he lived on it. It wasn't until another child star who's dream was to be an elite four member started hogging the attention that Casper gained the reputation for being a drama queen, competing with this rival in a Gary/Red-esque fashion. In all honesty, the guy was great, but Casper let the competition consume his life. It got to the point where the both of them hung out so much to 'fight' they eventually became best friends, which Casper never had the gal to admit. And.. Unfortunately now, Casper is uncertain if he'll ever get the chance to do so. Two years ago, his best and only friend slipped into a coma after an ice skating incident, and Casper went through what many could assume a crisis. There was massive silence before Casper publicly announced he was giving up his career for a peaceful life, and at that point public knowledge of him has ceased.
He moved to his best friend's hometown and ever since, Casper's been carrying his pokemon and dream. Even though just being a gym leader was too much, Casper knows his best friend's wish would've just to been happy.
Trivia:
-He's Swedish (no idea whatever the pokemon equivalent to that would be)
-His best friend's name is Aaron, and Casper will appear shaken if you use words like "was" when referring to him.

Relationships: Chris Watson (Father), an engineer, acquaintances with some of his work colleagues. Friends with a number of kids all over Port Pinella.

Personality: Luke is a bright lad, a quick thinker with lots of ideas and a lot of energy. He's self-conscious about his height as he's short even compared to others his age. Lucas is obsessed about rollerblading, using them to get all around the town. Unfortunately he can also be a bit socially blind, which often leads to a quick transformation from cocky skater/wizkid into stuttered embarrassment when pointed out.

Background: Lucas was born in Sinnoh, his father and him moved out here to Port Pinella about a year ago after his mother died. His childhood's was pretty uneventful. His starter pokemon Emolga, was originally an egg of his father's that hatched a few months before his tenth birthday. Currently he's just a student with a skating hoby. He's never shown much interest in journeying to take on gym battles, though he'd still like to see the world. He's studying to becoming an electrical engineer like his father.

Name: Copper Lee, Goes by Mr. Lee to the kids around town

Age: 26

Appearance: Copper is a well-groomed, taller-than-average working professional who enjoys getting ready every day. He has an extensive collection of collared shirts, trousers, and patterned socks, which he expertly mixes and matches. There is rarely a hair out of place, despite his love of getting involved in classroom excursions.

Gender: Male

Sexuality: Homosexual. Keeps his love life very private.

Role: Teacher

Pokemon:

• Wobbufett - Bubble - Level 45: Wobbufett began following Copper around one day, and never left. Since then, Wobbufett has become a helper in the classroom, along with comedic relief.
• Lillipup - Andy - Level 8: Copper had no intention of being a pokemon trainer, but one of his students had an egg, so he took it.

Relationships: Copper is extremely friendly with the people in town. As he has lived there for a few years, he already has some established connections with the residents there. He would be described as warm with his students but is somewhat hard to reach outside of work sometimes. He is single and extremely private about dating and who he is attracted to. He lives alone and doesn't like spending too much time by himself, so he tries to surround himself with friends and family as often as he can.
He has a work crush, but his lips are sealed.

Personality: Copper is more serious, enjoying taking on the role of a listener rather than being in the center of attention. His favorite hobby is reading, and he can often be found around town reading books and annotating them. He is very passionate about a handful of things, and once he gets talking about them, he could go on and on! (and on, and on...) However, he tries to tone it down with new people, as not to annoy them.

Background: He has lived in Pinella for a couple of years since he finished college, and it is his first teaching job out of school. He fell in love with the town and has no intention of moving back. He loves hands-on learning in the classroom, effortlessly teaching the kids lessons that they'll keep forever. He teaches both battle strategy and type advantages classes. When he is away from work, he often volunteers anywhere he is needed around town as he loves being a helping hand wherever he can.

Other: Despite being a social butterfly, Copper is actually very private, and tends to offer little about his personal life unless pried out of him. He is unintentionally mysterious. He dresses his Lillipip, Andy, in little sweaters during the cold seasons. He has an embarrassing amount of Lillipup clothes for Andy.

They really aren't his pokemon, more like companions that joined him in helping heal any pokemon that need healing. Blissey and Chansey are the healers while Happiny watches over the new eggs.

Has 3 kids that he hasn't seen since they started their journey, while his wife went back home in Alola and retired there fully.

Personality: Dont think just because he is getting old that he can't kick ass, cause he can chew bubblegum and kick ass at the same time so don't mess with him. He is very caring and has been on the town since he was young. He is always out there on the wild searching for any hurt pokemon or any abandoned Pokemon, takes them to his places and heals them.

Background: Has been the caretaker since he retired. Left his original team in Alola with his wife.

Role: Sawsbucks’ Barista

Appearance:
“She’s the one with the ponytails dip-dyed in red. No? The one with half a petting zoo of Pokémon trailing after her? ...You’re not from around here, are you?”

Bailey is the barista of the local Sawsbucks Coffee and can usually be spotted wearing a green apron over her dark-grey work attire. The colors may clash a bit with her hair – and her icy-blue eyes – but it’s comfortable to wear. On the days she’s off, she’ll (obviously) leave the apron at home. Other than that, there isn’t much that changes between her work- and personal attire. Being comfortable trumps looking fashionable after all.

Spoiler: About Morf

Morf was adopted – with parental consent – by 8-year old Bailey. The two have been inseparable ever since. Morf is the reason why Bailey knows a lot more about Pokémon than the average trainer, despite not being a trainer herself. Bumper is technically a stray Pokémon. The adventurous noodle goes where he pleases, and takes what he pleases, yet always comes home to Bailey. Their bond is closer to a friendship than a trainer-pokémon relation. Bumper got his nickname from the way he performs punching moves. Preferring to head-but rather than using his stubby paws.

Tranquill (Nickname: Pepper)

Spoiler: About Pepper

Pepper was adopted as a Pidove from the same shelter Morf was from. Originally the Pokémon had been nicknamed ‘Lonely’. A name that went over Bailey’s head since she wasn’t a breeder. Instead, she thought it cruel, so she renamed her Pepper. Since then the tiny pigeon has evolved once and has recently started to show her ‘rebellious teen’ phase.

Ducklett (Nickname: Dewey)

After Pepper, Bailey promised herself she wouldn’t adopt any more Pokémon. And then she proceeded to adopt Dewey all the same. Dewey is a recent addition to her roster and due to his young age seems to have imprinted on Bailey. Believing Bailey to be his mother, he waddles wherever mom goes and thus needs to be either watched closely or kept in a Pokéball for safety’s sake.

Relationships:
As the Sawsbucks’ barista, it is only natural to pick up on the habits of the townsfolk. Habits being their drinking habits, of course. Even if Bailey knows nothing else of a person, she will know their preference in coffee. Assuming they frequent Sawsbucks. In addition, townsfolk enjoy gossip, and its par for the course to pick up on the stories spreading through the town while working. As for personal relationships… do Pokémon count? If not, Bailey lives alone. Currently, she is (happily) single but wouldn’t mind going on a date every now and then. Something to further spice up her already packed day-to-day life. And no, Pumpkaboo Spice Latte doesn’t count.

Personality:
Bailey prefers to stay away from too much attention. Being in the spotlight has never been something she was comfortable with. Then again, maybe she wouldn’t draw that attention if she didn’t try to be there for absolutely everybody. Bailey tends to forget her own needs while she focuses on providing care for whoever might need it and doesn’t really understand the connection between the two. This philanthropic personality is why she works in retail, provides for 4 Pokémon, does everything in her power to raise said Pokémon, and maintains a connection with anyone who frequents Sawsbucks. Sometimes this demanding lifestyle gets the better of her. Whenever that happens, she prefers to be around nature and simply take in the quiet outdoors for as long as she needs.

Background:
Bailey has lived – and will continue to live – in Port Pinnella all her life. Raised by a single mother and learning some lessons from the community, she turned out pretty well. Well-behaved, polite, and self-sufficient. The last one being the most important in her current situation.

Throughout her childhood, Bailey’s mom has tried to get her hooked on the idea of becoming a Pokémon trainer. But it wasn’t meant to be. Even after going so far as to adopt a Ditto to show off every Pokémon imaginable, Bailey still wouldn’t bite. Eventually, mom accepted her daughter wasn’t willing to go on the famed journey. Instead, she waited until the day her daughter was mature enough to fend for herself.

Both parties agreed, and mom set off on her own (long-overdue) journey. Leaving daughter Bailey in charge of the household in her absence. A household that’s slowly turning into another Pokémon Shelter. Though mom isn’t aware, Bailey’s adoption habit has made her quite the trainer. Using her childhood Ditto, ‘Morph’, to learn the capabilities and biology of a wide variety of Pokémon. All so she can provide the best care for her adoptees.

Other:
Bailey has dyslexia and - in her case - has difficulty with spelling words, writing words, reading out loud, and reading quickly. She tries her best to keep it hidden, as she’s embarrassed by it, but it hasn’t been easy when half your workday is writing names on cups.

Personality: Shy and sweet, this boy is as polite as they come. Vincent has such a calming nature to him, but he can also get involved with the kids shenanigans. Actually, you can find him out playing with the kids and his Munchlax most often. He also has a passion for tea, so passionate that every morning is spent at Sawsbucks. This of course makes him late but he thrives on his mornings with a hot green tea.

Background: Coming from a family of teachers in Kalos, Vincent also wanted to follow in his Mother and older brother's footsteps. He wanted to become a teacher, but he needed training after Pokemon school. So with a heavy heart, he left Lumiose City in search of work at Port Pinnella. Pinella became his home while he searched and searched and eventually found his current occupation. He used to be a Fruit and Veggie Merchant to get by in Pinella.

He found them injured while traveling Kanto on a run down building. Has been with him since and they help him at the store. One as a guard dog while the other works with Fuego.

He found them in Kanto also. Chubbs was just a Munchlax while Sparky was still an egg. Wherever Chubbs goes, Sparky follows. Helps with eating all the food and any leftovers.

Personality: He comes off as a hard to talk to kind of guy but he is always there to talk to and will always listen to anyone's problem. He loves his pokemon but really hates how Chubbs tends to eat all of the ingredients but he always sulks it up and buys more.

Background: Brad has always loved to travel ever since he was small. He found a pair of pokemon eggs while traveling Johto. Turns out they were Magby and Elekid, eventually taking them as his starters. Eventually he would find himself getting bored of always being on the move and decided to settle down on a small town and started to work as a baker.

A lovely sweetheart who aids Gilly in tending to most if the newly born pokemon in the Greenhouse. Sweet as sugar. Lacks the large flower atop of her head that one would find on another Liligant.

Queenie, Tsareena
The true queen of the little slice of heaven Gilly made. She keeps the young pokemon in order and is the minder for those little ones who are a tad bit rambunctious. Sweet in her own way, smells heavenly, she has a scar from a cut over her right eye that makes her an intimidating sort.

Twigs, Torterra
Sits outside the shop all year round, doesn't move for much outside of eatting and occasionally getting up to find a better position to sleep in. A keen eye would notice this Torterra is quite strong... If lazy...

Personality:
A dotting big sister, if there is one thing she loves more than anything is to dote on younger people and pokemon in general. She could look a screeching hydreigon in the eye, give it a pat and feed all three of its heads without a flintch. She brims with love, and is more than willing to share it. She wants nothing more than her life to be filled to the brim with flowers, smiling faces and watch her darling little pokemon grow big and strong!

She is abit forgetful at times, dreamy and airheaded in others, but she means well with her words and actions. But if you see a stray Bouncesweet please return it to the store, they have the habit of running/rolling off sometimes. They can end up in the oddest of places. Don't worry for those you don't find, Queenie rounds them up by the end of the day~!

"Bright Green hair, usually had either a Sawsbuck coffee in hand or a sketch book. Yeah the one with all her Pokemon out"

Ophèlia is new to the island and because of this she really stands out when it comes to fashion often wearing fancy clothes she made herself, she can be seen usually with a beige overcoat and a nice bag that holds her pencils and sketch pad, along with those she is often seen with her Pokemon out of their balls, the exception being vespiquen since she looks terrifying.

The newest member of Ophèlias small little team, she is a very timid little thing only recently getting comfortable with Ophèlia. After getting used to her Lilianna allows Ophèlia to cut her tufts of fur for scarves and sweaters

Vespiquen, Anna, level 22
Anna was an unintentional partner but still loves her all the same. During a day of sketching various Flabebes she decided to try and catch one unfortunately or fortunately a Combee got in the way of the ball and the rest it history​

Relationships: Ophèlia is very new to the island and as such isn't very well connected on the island and as such is trying her best to make friends on the island. Off 5he island she's an only child although she and her mother's relationship is rather broken since she was rarely there for her often travelling and battling in tournaments. She has a much better relationship with her father, a work at home fashion designer.


Personality: Despite being a fashion designer Ophèlia is not very loud and proud about it, preferring to just let people recognize her rather than announcing it at every opportunity. She is very embarrassed about the fact that while she knows the basic language of the island she still struggles a bit with a very heavy Kalos accent and sometimes reverting back to her first language. If someone manages to worm their way through her shell they'll find that she is very easy to make laugh as she enjoys nearly all jokes and is a big pun master. When it comes to her Pokemon she's like a doting older sister

Luxray, Rayden (M); Hazel's long time partner acting as a mount and trained to use his electricity and x-ray vision to help track down faulty wiring. Only slightly less lazy than a housecat but gets fired up if there's a fight to be had.

Alolan Marowak, Kludge (M); Protects against accidental shocks with lightningrod ability, tends to 'borrow' tools to wield instead of bones. Eager to help with with Hazel's work but lacks skill and frequently breaks things when frustrated.

Relationships: Levi Yew (Older Brother) - Travelling Pokemon Researcher

Personality: A very laid-back sort well suited to the small town lifestyle Hazel is a bit of a manchild childish gleefully tinkering with anything he can get his hands on to the point of nearly forgetting he's meant to charge for his services and doing small jobs as 'favours'. His playfulness lends itself to an easygoing outlook on any personal problems or plans for the future and a casually flirty approach to relationships.

Background: A native of the Unova region Hazel grew up around the busy port in Driftveil city watching ships from all around the world come and go alongside his older brother, while the more studious and driven Levi was inspired to learn about the world and travel as a Pokemon trainer and later researcher the more chilled out Hazel remained behind learning his trade alongside his father.

Some years later Hazel grew tired of the high pressure city life and took to travelling for several months until he came across Port Pinnella and fell for the relaxed atmosphere, after initially setting himself up as a mechanic he started repairing appliances on the side as well as earning a reputation as an all-around handyman in his spare time.

Personality:
William is in this strange middle ground of simultaneously being incredibly polite and incredibly standoffish. He's a naturally kind and empathetic person, and has a special love for Pokemon, but his past trauma has led him to being afraid of getting close to people, out of fear they'll abandon him or leave. There's also the fact he's a socially awkward mess with horrible, nearly crippling anxiety, especially after his wife passed away.

Background:

William was born in the Almia region, home of the Pokemon Ranger Union and world-renowned Ranger School. His father was a Pokemon Professor, guiding young Trainer's, while his mother was a Ranger. As such, he spent most of his time with his father, helping around the lab. this led tot he boy spending much of his time around Pokemon, leading to him developing a fascination with them. It was on his tenth birthday that he got his first Pokemon, an Eevee he would later evolve into a Espeon. He later graduated from high school, and went to college to follow in his father's footsteps. It was at college that he met Lily, a fellow aspiring Professor. Despite his social ineptitude, they became fast friends, and soon after that started dating. They married straight out of college, and just a year into the marriage were already expecting a child. Everything was great.

Except they weren't. First, both of his parents died just weeks apart, his mother dying while saving several Pokemon from a forest fire, and his father to cancer form his research on the more...exotic types of Pokemon. If that wasn't enough, the pregnancy was hard on Lily. She was normally very healthy, but all the life seemed to be sucked out of her by the end. She...didn't survive childbirth. Will was all alone in the world, with just their son John to care for. He was completely broken, too scared to get close to anyone again. So, he moved away, leaving Almia behind in the search for work. He found it in Port Pinnella, being hired by the local professor Kira and becoming her lab assistant. It's been a hard adjustment, but he's slowly begun getting used to the town, and has a somewhat close relationship to his boss.

Personality: Jamesby is a rudely large man with a heart of gold. His go-to reaction to most situations is making a joke. He doesn't really have a problem with anyone and tries to be on most people's good side. He has a habit of seeing the good in people and situations, no matter what.

Background: Growing up with his Pops was something else. He was raised to do the right thing, however, and maintained his good-natured approach to life throughout adulthood. He got very far in the Johto gym challenge- in fact- almost becoming champion. However, a difficult battle left his Steelix badly hurt, and he found he was not willing to put his Pokemon in danger again. Between staying with his father and staying in Alola with his mother, he opted for the smaller town, excited to take a break from the busy life he had been leading.

He is extremely sporty, and is never one to back down from a challenge. He can be competitive. He likes inviting anyone to work out, he doesn’t discriminate.
