(To begin with, you'll start with one, level five starter pokemon. Your starter pokemon cannot be a legendary, mythic or pseudo legendary pokmon. I recommend a three evolutionary stage pokemon for thematic reasons, but you can pick a two or one stage line if you prefer. You'll be abe to obtain these rare and powerful pokemon later on but I would prefer nobody to start with them. Traditional starters such as charmander and so on are fine.)

Personality & Notes:
[spoiler=Moves]
(a pokemon automatically knows any move it would learn through leveling up to its current level. To teach your pokemon more exotic moves such as those on its egg, tm or tutor lists you'll have to devote IC time and effort to special training or obtaining resources such as TMs. If your starter pokemon would begin with an impractical move list at level five, such as having no offensive moves for example, then reach out to me and we'll work something out. )
