Woah woah woah, slow down. I've got 2 questions.
1) What kind of weapons can a pokemon have? And if they have a weapon, can they not use attacks?
2) Does each pokemon have its own special stuff mentioned in the pokedex? Like, would a vaporean be able to become liquid while in water or an umbreon be able to jump through shadows

1. It really depends on what Pokemon and what weapon you use. Like if you are a machamp with a two handed sword, you can still use punchy moves. But if you are a mr mime with a spear you probably could not use punchy moves
