Background Intro

Hello everyone! I'm doing an experiment RP and would like a little help. I am looking for two people who want to see if they can catch a Mewtwo. This will involve dice, but it's something so simple. Anything you don't get, I'll explain it to you. (^.^)


The Story

You are both master Pokemon Trainers. You have beaten the Elite 4 many times, both of you becoming champions at different times on many occasions. You are so skilled that you no longer carry the maximum of 6 Pokemon; you only need one to make sure things are handled.


The world loves you. Cameras follow you both around wherever you go, broadcasting your exploits to the world at large; all live. Yet today is a special day. As you two walk through the forests of Grandton, you come face-to-face with the legendary Mewtwo.


The camera-man that's been tailing you is shocked. He immediately kneels to the floor with camera held low, trying to get the best shot he possibly can. So here it is. You are both now face to face with a legendary monster. The world is watching. You both have been successful in all that you do.


Tell me, what will you do? Will you work together to take it down? Will you embarrass yourself in front of millions and let it get away? Or will you fight amongst yourselves to see just who can take the fabled legendary's crown?


Details

This will be a short RP. There are many options of how it can go down. If you fight among yourselves for too long, Mewtwo might get away. He might even use the opportunity to take both of you down. If you're not strong enough, Mewtwo will beat you in a straight up fight on world TV. Yes, you can even take him down, but what then? Only one of you can catch it.

Looking For

Open people who are not afraid to try some simple dice. People who can interact well with their partner. I want to see some tension and hesitation between the two. Whether you fight, or stay friends, is up to you.

Moving On

So, while I set up the thread, each of you can go on ahead and select a Pokemon. That's going to be the one you'll be using for the role-play. Also, picking a name and gender would be good too. The Character Sign-up won't ask for much. I'll try to make things as creative as I can. I hope you both enjoy it (^.^).


Oh let me not forget. Depending on what you do, the role-play can end in 3 posts... xD . That's all I'll say. Good luck!
