You have room to add another Egg/HM/TM move to one of your pokemon's move pools. From what I saw, you only have Tri Attack and Metronome on Abra and Happiny respectively. You get three of those moves at the start, so feel free to include another.

You're also short on allotted Egg/HM/TM moves as I only see one, Heal Pulse, on Chikorita. You have access to two more, so feel free to place them where you'd like.

Also: I'm assuming you're using the Ultra Sun & Moon move lists. As such, your Vulpix should know ember - I'll let you keep tackle since the move sets between S&M and US&UM are different and a Vulpix not being able to learn tackle is weird - and your Eevee growl.
