Yep!! Clicking the grey button will allow you to add more people to an already active PM, I believe.

Moving topics is something a member of staff can do for you if you ask them. You can create a support ticket for it, I believe. Or you can just click to hide the thread and make another thread somewhere else.

We can generally tell when it's actual spam and when someone's post went through multiple times, particularly as we know multiple posting is an issue sometimes.
