Play On Words
Musical Goddess
Well, hi there! My name is, obviously, Play On Words. You can call me Play, Jessica, or Sarcastic Twat for all I care. I'll get right into it.
My name is Jessica. I haven't been role playing long, but I've been told I'm pretty good. Here's what you can expect from me:
- No one-liners! And no novels! I don't have an exact preset, but let's be reasonable. Not one sentence and not 1200.
- Literacy is key! I am an English major, so my grammar is pretty good. I'm not asking for perfection, but if you type lyke a fukn idiot, I'll drop you. No warning.
- Active! I am on this site far more than is healthy! Not 24/7, and I am currently moving, but my replies are normally VERY quick.
- I love discussion! I will have some plots and pairings here, but I'd love to build on them in private!
- I'm immature, but also mature. Sexual content, dark themes, it's all fine by me. But if we have an active OOC, I'll make bad jokes, bad puns, and be stupid and immature.
- I obey all site rules! Do not expect me to change that for you.
Your name is unknown. Let's get down to your requirements.
Talking is key! If you aren't willing to have an active OOC, don't even apply.
I don't care how old you are, you know what you can handle.
Somewhat active? At least once a day?
Flexible. I'm not asking for you to play eight characters, all with a different sexuality. In fact, I prefer heterosexual pairings(Not prejudiced, it's just what I know and I don't want to offend), but be able to play at least two and some side chars!
This will be updated as I think of ideas. These are not the only choices, I'm more than open to ideas! If you want to switch up genders, that's fine by me! I'm happy to play either, I'm best with male characters but I can do female.

A punk rock drummer, and he's 6'3"
Muse A(You) has been best friends with the same girl since freshman year. They do everything together. But Muse A's friend never told her that she had a brother, not deeming it important. Eight years older, and incredibly attractive, Muse B(Me) has been in the Army since he was 17, and still held together a relationship with the same beautiful girl. The second Muse A met him, it was an instant crush. What wasn't there to like? He was attractive, an Army man, even in a band.
And then Muse B's girlfriend cheated on him, and he dumped her. He was heartbroken. He was drunk. And she was trying to comfort him. They ended up making out, and then sleeping together, where Muse B took A's virginity. The next morning, when Muse B wakes up, he vaguely remembers, and is horrified. The girl is much younger. Although she was 18, and it was legal, he was a good guy. Meanwhile, Muse A was thrilled, thinking she finally got her crush to herself.
Will they work it out, or is it doomed to be a forgotten night?

I hate you too, sweetheart.
Muse A(You) is a nice girl. Obsessed with school, has a head on her shoulders, never does anything rebellious. Not that she advertises the information, but she's never slept with anyone.
Muse B(Me) is quite the opposite. Snarky, sarcastic, a total player. Things like responsibilities and duty, it's all distant thoughts to him. Or so it seems.
Muse A's family is an old family of B's. A's family has grown destitute, while B's became filthy rich. The two fathers meet for a drink after years. They realize that both children are on a path to self-destruction. One barely takes care of herself, she's too busy doing homework. One is so smitten by sex that he always seems to have a new conquest. The fathers agree on a crazy idea. Let's marry them off.
A fiasco evolves. The engaged couldn't hate each other more. A finds B shallow and rather rude, B thinks A is a prude. But they can't deny the effect they have on each other. Just seeing each other is enough to have their bodies on fire with desire. So they agree. B would bring A into the magical world of sex, but nothing would come of it. They still hated each other, they still kept up appearances that everything was perfect for the press. But behind closed doors, the only thing between them is sex, arguments, then more sex.
Will they be able to keep it business only? Will they fall for each other? Or will it crash and burn?

Not Intended
Muse A(You) is a nice girl. Sweet, caring, pretty. She's been in a relationship with the same guy for four years(I'll control him for convenience). Around their fourth anniversary, he started to blow her off, cancelling dates to hang out with friends instead. In the end, A returned the favor, and found herself in the arms of her boyfriend's best friend, Muse B(Me). He's always been the better choice... More attractive, more generous, more her type. The only reason they never got together was because he was in a relationship, and she was dating his best friend when they met. Since then, B broke up with his girlfriend.
The two ended up sleeping together. A was wracked with guilt, B tried to comfort her without success. A left, back to the home she shared with her boyfriend. There, she was faced with a couple dilemmas.
Should she tell her boyfriend what happened? Cause a rift between two childhood friends, and destroy their own relationship? Or keep it a secret from the man she loved?
And did it even matter? In recent times, he hadn't exactly been interested in the relationship...
And at the same time, A cant look at B the same way, if at all. There was no denying the chemistry, and B stopped at nothing to get a moment alone with her, to talk, which she refused. He even went so far as to make veiled comments in front of her boyfriend.
So what will A do?

So what will A do?
Puberty Truck
Muse A(You) and Muse B(Me) were friends when they were about five to when they were maybe nine. In those times, they'd made mud pies and fought and done everything together. But when their parents moved apart, the kids lost contact...
Until about ten years later, when they both happen to get accepted into the same college. It's in A's new home state, across the country from B's home. At first, the pair don't recognize each other. And then one of them sees it. The other's name on some homework assignment. The two are thrilled when they remember all their happy times together, but something has changed with B. Of course, neither of them were the same as the kids they were before, but B has become distant and cold since they met as kids. He refuses to talk about his past, or his parents, even his twin sister. There are no family pictures, nothing to prove that they ever existed. A begins to get suspicious. What had happened while the two were separated...?
