The Setting




Imagine an island, it's composed of trash and decorated to look like a real island. It's the farthest from any land mass, it's titled "Point Nemo"; now let's say that there's a famous band living on this island due to one of them being a total git and getting in trouble with some black market deal or something like that. Now let's say that one of the band member has "died" prior to them moving to the island but has instead not died and has come back.


Well, if this all seems new to you, let me be the first to introduce you to Gorillaz.

The Characters




So this band is composed of five people, firstly we have Murdoc,

He's quite a mean bloke and he like to insult me, I think there's something else to his personality but I don't really know past that.


Next up, we have Noodle and Cyborg-Noodle,

Noodle is nice and sweet and she's caring and her hair smells nice!

Anyways...

Then there's Russel,

This is the only picture I could find of him, he's grown huge since then but overall he's a cool guy.

Last but not least is me,

I'm 2D, I guess I'm an ok guy. Anyways, be careful around Murdoc and don't forget, Tazar The Yoot.

Hello Kinky

As the whale gets pulled back it takes 2D's room with it, Russel tosses the whale which just so happens to take out the plane. 2D is now submerged in water, he quickly scrambles his way to the top of the water with swimming that an amateur would call bad. He re-emerges at the top of the water with a gasp, he can barely keep himself above the waves,

"Hello-?! Hel-" He struggles to keep at the top of the water.​

Noodle could hear the commotion from inside Russel's mouth, though she could tell by the movement that the situation was soon taken care of. Unbeknownst to her, Russel helped 2D from the water onto the Plastic Beach. As Russel's body leans into the beach, and his mouth opens slowly, she can see light for the first time in a while and as she steps out of his mouth and blinks a few times, her eyes adjusting to the light, she looks around her, seeing 2D, for the first time in a long time. Her mouth hangs open for a moment, as she processes the information that she had been reunited with both Russel and 2D. "2-2D?" She stutters, looking at him from behind her mask.

2D wipes his face before looking up,

"NOODLE?!" He calls out as he darts over to her, he climbs up into Russel's mouth and hugs her,

"Oh my God! Are you ok? Are you hurt? Where have you been?" A slurry of questions flies out of 2D's mouth.​

As Noodle hugs him back, her arms wrapping around him tightly, she buries her face and mask into his shoulder. "I'm okay," she mumbles into his shoulder, she repeats this a few times, still processing the fact that she was with him again, the feeling of safety rushing into her. "I can't believe I found you." She sniffles slightly, letting a few tears out of her eyes, not that it mattered, he was already drenched.

2D pauses for a moment before slightly kneeling to get face-to-face with her, he lifts her mask to see one of her eyes is burnt,

"WOAH! Noodle! I'm going to go get some first or somethin' for that burn!" He turns around and goes to jump out of Russel's mouth but instead falls onto the ground with a loud THUD,

"Ugh..." He mutters as he sits himself up.​

She watches him fall out of Russel's large mouth and lets out a little giggle as she jumps out after her, landing on two feet gracefully. She offers out a hand to him to pull him up, taking off her mask fully, holding it in the other hand. "I'll be fine, you on the other hand need to be careful."

2D takes her hand and stands up, he rubs the back of his head,


"Are you sure that doesn't hurt?" He asks as he takes a closer look at it,


"I feel bad that your eye is a bit knackered." He walks over to the water's edge,


"My room's gone!" He exclaims as it tolls on him that his room is now lost at sea with that bloody whale,


"My fan! My posters! My DONKATRON!" He shouts at the sea.

"I feel bad that both your eyes are knackered," Noodle mumbles quietly as she follows him to the waters edge, and she looks at the water. "Uh, 2D? What's a donkatron?" Noodle asks him, tilting her head to the side and looking at him out of the corner of her eye, she didn't say anything about his room being gone, because how often was it that a whale ate your room?

2D looks at Noodle,

"Well uh, it's like you take a donk and then you, uh, you make a song out of it or somefin' like dat." He rubs the back of his head, the clown mask that he made is positioned on the side of his head, 2D recalls when him and Noodle made the masks that they're wearing now,

"But why don't we go inside?" He motions to the door with the elevator inside of it.

(I think I'll start typing out 2D's accent.)​

"Oh, well can't we find another donk?" Noodle asks curiously, as she nods her head and begins to walk over to the door. She found this island quite strange, but everything that she'd experienced in her life had been this way, so she wasn't going to question anything. She felt something inside of her that she hadn't felt in a long time, happiness and welcome. How long had it been since she'd last seen 2D? And Russel? And... "Is Murdoc here too?" She asks, wondering where the pessimistic old satanist was.

2D follows Noodle,

"Well, I guess we could get anoffer' donkatron." He walks with her over to the elevator and pushes a floor button to head up to the main room,

"Ye' he should still be 'ere last time I checked." He pats her head,

"It's nice to haf' you back." 2D innocently smiles at her, filled with such glee that she is alive and breathing.​

"Is he still a grumpy git?" Noodle giggles, putting her hands behind her back, still holding her mask. She wondered how many floors the building had, not thinking to check the button panel. "It's nice to be back, 2D." She grins and flips her long and overgrown fringe out of her eye so that she could peek up at him. He was so much taller than her, she was such a tiny little thing.

 

[amended]

2D nods and chuckles,

"Well, he locked me up down in me room, I coul' barely see ou'side my own window. And wha' I did see was a whale." He shutters at the thought as they arrive on the desired floor. He walks out and notices some rubble coming from the upstairs portion of the living room,

"Mur'oc? You 'der?" He asks from the bottom of the strange staircase.​

"Still a git then." She confirms quietly to herself, and Noodle steps out onto the floor and looks around her at the clutter and the decoration. She smiles at all the familiarity, and could already feel herself beginning to think of this place as home. She slips her mask back onto her face, and picks up a palm sized lucky cat, thinking it looked familiar. She let 2D call for Murdoc, sort of nervous to see him after so long. She expected the worst, he'd probably be unwelcoming, he may not even recognise her.

After no answer 2D walks back over to Noodle,

"Oh! I nearly forgo'! Le' me show you somefing'!" He quickly grabs her hand and darts back over to the elevator. 2D gets back into the elevator with Noodles and pushes a button, beside the button is a label titled "NOODLE'S ROOM" In capital letters. The elevator starts going down and 2D is bursting at the rim with excitement,

"You're goin' da love dis I 'ell ya!" He grins at Noodle.

(Wow that accent though, damn son)


Noodle smiles as she's pulled into the elevator, seeing a button that was for her room. They wouldn't have even known if she was coming back, yet they set up a room for her anyway? "My room?" She smiles, jumping up and down on the spot with excitement.


(Okay, sorry about this, it's almost 12am here and I really have to go to sleep, I'll reply the moment I can! Goodnight!)

2D nods,


"Ye' I sed' up a room for you while you's gone." He hugs her and lifts her up,


"I'm so happy dat' you're back!" He sets her back down,


"Now I can show you wha' I've ben' workin' on!" The doors open to a dark room, 2D smiles and shivers with excitement,


"Are you ready?!" He asks excitedly.

 

[Servant]

Murdoc's vision was blurry. There was a constant and annoying ringing inside his ears. He was laying on the ground, facing upwards at the shattered ceiling.


"Bloody hell...That damn Boogieman doesn't know when to give up" Murdoc thought as he slowly began to incorporate himself.


Due to the bomb the room was completely destroyed. Chuncks of ceiling and pieces of broken glass from the broken windows lay all over the ground. Murdoc picked up his sailor cap and brushed off the dust before heading downstairs.


"Yoohoo! Anybody here?"

2D hears something that sounds like someone yelling, he can't really attend to who it is due to him being with Noodle,

" 'ey, Noodle, do you 'ear dat as well?" He looks up at the ceiling of the elevator.​

(DID YOU SAY LEVIATHAN)


"Thank you!" Noodle squeals as she's picked up and then set back down, she peers into the dark room and nods her head excitedly, though suddenly she hears the distant sound of someone yelling. "Yep, I heard it! Is that Murdoc?"

2D shrugs as he looks back into the dark room, he the slowly reachs into the room and flips a switch. The room is filled with light, the contents of the room are revealed, inside the room is a bed, a wardrobe, a lava lamp on a night stand beside the bed and other various decorations throughout the room. He walks into the room and over to the wardrobe,

"I worked relly' har' ti' ge' ya' some clo'es." He says before opening the large wooden doors of the wardrobe,

"Ta'a!" He says excitedly, inside the wardrobe are several shirts with cute sayings on them with some dresses that Noodle likes to wear acompanying the shirts. At the top of the wardrobe are some radio helmets that Noodle wore in Phase-1,

" 'Ah 'ope ya like 'et." He says with a smile.​

Noodle wipes a real tear from her eye and grins, hopping up and down excitedly again. "I love it! I love it!" She quickly pulls 2D into a brief hug, before diving into the wardrobe and pulling out clothing, looking at it for a moment before throwing it over her shoulder in a state of excitement. Still bouncing, and noticeably more happy than she'd been in a long time, Noodle disregarded of her mask and grinned a very large grin. "Thanks!"

2D was still shivering with excitement,


"Your welcome!" He glances back at the door, wondering if Murdoc was ok. 2D DID hear a loud explosion earlier, he turns back to Noodle,


"I'm so glad you're back, we can watch movies, go to the board walk, go to that record shack that's outside! It'll be great!" He says happily.


(I don't think I'll type out his accent, it's breaking my brain for me to think how he'll pronounce some of this, sorry.)

Noodle nods her head vigorously, still pulling clothes out of the wardrobe, before she stops and moves over to the bed, sitting down on it and bouncing up and down to see how comfy it was. "I think first we should investigate that yelling," she says, looking off into the distance and smiling, before she remembers that she was still wet from hugging the drenched 2D. "I'd like to get changed though, so shift your carcass out of here for a moment." She laughs, raising her eyebrows.
