An Endless Waltz

Hmm... Never been great with introductions. Oh well.
I'll (try to) keep things short and sweet I suppose.
My name's Micheal, although you're more than welcome to call me Waltz. In fact, it would be preferred that you do. I've got dozens of different online "handles", as it were, but I've taken to this one when it comes to writing. Oh, and for those that often ask, yes, it does come from my love of Gundam Wing. (Also I just like going by Waltz.)
Anywho, I've been into RP for a long, long time now. I don't really keep track anymore and I don't really remember when I actually started, but probably around... Middle school? Those days are a little fuzzy to me now to be honest. (I swear I'm only 24, but my memory is atrocious...)
When it comes to genre interests, pretty much anything across the board is cool with me so long as it has a story that can draw my attention in and actually hold it for more than the time it takes to make an application. I'm a sucker for extra details, in-depth lore, complex world-building and what-have-you. If I had to pick any "favorite" genre(s), I guess what I find catching my interests most often lately are Sci-Fi (modern or future), Fantasy and Horror. Horror is actually a big one for me, but it's really rare to find something that I can get into so I tend to skip out on them more often than not. My Sci-Fi and Fantasy cravings are usually pretty easily satisfied though, so it's not all an uphill battle.
I'm sure I could put some other stuff here, but I did say something about keeping it short, so I guess I'll cut myself off before I write half a book without noticing. I guess these introduction things aren't as bad once you get a solid train of thought rolling... Well, anyway, it's great to be here and I'm sure I'll find some gems to keep me around for quite a while.
Oh, and if you've got any suggestions for something you think I might be interested in, feel free to link me and I'll check it out. There, I'm done. Wait, damn it. OK, one last thing. I also like playing the "big bad", or even just "antihero" characters, so hit me up if you need one. Alright, NOW I'm done. Really. I mean it.
