2. You are allowed up to 2 characters, and 6 pokemon
3. This is a casual roleplay, but please make replies at least 1 paragraph (4-6 sentences)
4. Setting will be in my first post.
5. No fakemon, or pokemorphs please
6. No Canon characters, lets be original

"Welcome Everyone! The journey you are about to begin will lead you to destiny and achievement! Today we leave Hearthtown on a mission. As you know Pokemon have been going missing! We suspect Team Rocket has been stealing them from our computer systems. There is no indication of what technology they could be using to steal helpless Pokemon! With out their masters they will be weak and scared. However Team Rocket attempt to have them battle against us for their own selfish reasons. The Pokemon are so lost, they become shadow versions of themselves! It has never been done but Professor Iris is certain that an item can cure them. We are in the process of collecting materials to experiment to make the cure for these pokemon's sickness. There are many things that need to be done and we need as many trainers as possible to help."
Tara's eyes squinted as she listened to the speaker of the gathering. She glanced at the six pokeballs on her bag and wondered if her team would be up for this adventure. It was early in the morning and Tara had been just passing through Hearthtown to check out the Gym, after catching pokemon in the grass all night. She was looking for rare pokemon that only appear at night. Before the sunrise, a Hoothoot had given her a run for the money. But Tara's Eevee took it down. The unforgettable "brrnng" the pokedex makes when you catch a new pokemon that gets sent to the online storage systems. The speaker continued…
"…First, to conduct our research we will need to collect stardust. There are many ways to acquire it. One is to catch pokemon, being that it aids with pokemon growth and evolution, you can often find wild pokemon carrying it. Another is to battle, to beat the gym leader to be precise, as it is used to forge badges. The last known method is to convert rare items into stardust. Hearthtown is a big city, with towering buildings and a state of the art Rock Gym. There are also Beauty Contest halls, Trading facilities, markets, and even the beach and docks. I know some of you are from out of town so don't get lost. And if you go far just remember to meet back here tonight, its urgent."
Professor Iris, looked up, with her hands clasped, "Yes, and to thank whoever brings the most stardust, they will be offered a reward- a rare package filled with some of my favorite pokemon items. And be careful, Team Rocket is lurking."​
