first a player makes a army. there are no real rules about how to make them but there is a guide line that will make a more fun play
first a normal character is 20-25 pixel tall
second try not to make them over powered
third a good idea is to make your army use natural resources like oil, stone, diamonds, organic, coal
fourth make a description of your people so other people know what they do
five NEVER i mean NEVER use the ms paint color pallet
other people can help and add tutorials here
(armies don't go here)
