Fantasy Pirates of the Sorilan Sea

Decades ago there once was a thriving race called the Valkyrie. Legends say that the Valkyries were each given a powerful gift by God himself. In return, they became ugly winged beasts and if they were to ever have evil intentions on an act they would "frenzy" and rampage with anger overtaking them instead of rational thoughts. Luckily, Valkyrie had the ability to change their form into a human. Why a human? It's because it was an attribute used for hunting to them. Back then humans were looked down upon as weak making the form a perfect use for bait. The kingdom of this race died out to an unknown reason. Very few Valkyries remain in this world but one in particular seeks power still and will try everything to make a kingdom of his own rise.


Today in this world humans dominate the lands. Their use of technology made them just as feared as any other race if not more. Anything that isn't human is driven away into hiding by them; the humans call these beings the "Variants". Making forbidden forests, underground villages, and even pirates ships. Yes, some fantasy creatures resulted in fighting back against the humans in the form of Pirate crews and at the same time take refuge in them. Sometimes even humans join these ships just to stand against the discrimination that their own race has done.


What these pirate of Variants don't know is that they will make a huge difference in saving lands against the Valkyrie and his men.
