Pictures not loading?

Hello. Sorry to bother anyone, but I have a problem. I'm trying to put in a picture for my avatar but it just won't let me. Any help?

Make sure that your image is the right file and size. It will not accept images that are .gif, and it will also not allow you to upload an image which has width greater than the image's height (by a specific ratio).

I have tried doing that but it just won't work. I have tried many different photos and none seem to come up

Can you grab a screen shot of the error you are receiving? I may be able to help you better that way.

, it's not an error. I go onto "new avatar" and press "existing photos" and I find my photo. I click on it and press "okay" at the bottom, but somehow it never does anything. After I click on the picture I want, it doesn't even show up

Are you trying to upload an image from a mobile device? Sometimes it is better to upload from a computer or laptop. There have been cases in the past where users have had more trouble getting images from their phones than computers.


If that does not help you, perhaps try to see if you can get a different image to upload.

in an iPod4 so it might just be technical difficulties.
