The armor appears much like a large beard of prey, it has thrusters on the armguards, shin guards and on the back of the breastplate that she will use to let her jump around and rapidly accelerate at, or away, from her target. From a distance, the way she swoops in and out, appears almost like a hawk. Within the helm, there is sound dampeners so no one can hear her.. colorful language in the middle of battle allow her to maintain her air of 'elegance' that has garnered her quite the fandom. The armor covers her from head to toe which is done to help her hide her quirk.

When people think of the 'Lady Lancer' they think of the elegant, hawk knight who gives friendly waves, thumbs up and rarely speaks, but when she does, it is always polite... the woman within the suit is nothing like the hero. Mai is.. almost more a force of nature then a person. She's loud, she's energetic, she's as likely to give someone a good punch as she is to hug them and has the mouth of a sailor. Mai is extremely good at getting people caught up in her pace, able to draw even the most reserved people out of their shell in either exasperation or frustration and she enjoys 'messing' with people just as much, the more she teases or messes with someone, the more affection she tends to have for them and its really the only way she understands how to show affection.
She is also a very possessive person. What's hers is hers especially people she is fond of and she is, every bit, a mother hen. If someone messes or hurts someone she has deemed as 'hers', she will stop at nothing to ensure they suffer. This can go far as Mai has... trouble letting go or stepping back even if she is interfering where she shouldn't be or if her actions are actually causing more harm then good, it is something she knows she needs to work on, but struggles with it regardless. While these efforts can, and often do, backfire for both her and the people she is trying to protect, she always has their best intentions in mind... even if the execution leaves much to be desired.
Despite her loud, but friendly, demeanor, Mai can be very brutal. She has killed, she has hurt people, good and bad, she has done... too much. This side of her, the side that does what must be done, the side that knows exactly where to hit or stab someone to get the most pain, to kill is as much a part of her as the rest. This aspect of her is often kept buried down, locked away as she no longer wishes to be that person, but when her focus is broken or something has sufficiently pushed her to the edge, the 'old' Mai sometimes comes back.

Harden
Mai can harden her body to become nigh-indestructible and unexplainably dense. However, only small parts of her body, at a time, can be hardened. When she was younger, she was only able to harden a single finger, but through training, she can harden, roughly, two feet of area at once, but she rarely actually covers such large areas, instead, Mai has trained to allow herself to very quickly harden. So in combat, right before she is hit, she will harden the spot to reduce damage. When she is using her hero gear to jump around, she will harden her ankle and knee to absorb the impact.. and when she hits someone, she will harden her hand, elbow and shoulder to deliver a harder blow while reinforcing her body to not injury herself with the raw power in which she hits, or impales if the situation has gotten bad enough, someone.
Trivia
Mai didn't actually design her suit or her name. She wanted names that.. the others deemed a little unsuitable.. And the less said about her costume taste the better.

Chisuke is determined and always strives to do things without the use of quirks. In fact he seems to have quite an apathy for quirks in general. But he is also always very encouraging of other people, especially those who happen to have weak quirks. He's somewhat quiet and withdrawn, but not to the point where he actively avoids people.
Background:
Chisuke was born to a decently well of family and grew up with two parents who had mediocre quirks (one can change her skin to a shade of crimson, the other can write with his finger) Chisuke had been expected to have a similar low level quirk, but one night of screaming at the age of 5 changed that prediction. He had discovered that his quirk was surprisingly powerful, but also impossibly painful. For that reason he chose never to use it. But from time to time he did still use it subconsciously, mostly in instances where he was protecting himself or others. He struggled through this for his entire childhood, but despite that still wished to help people. So he trained impossibly hard and became the first "quirkless" hero. After seeing it as a possibility for any hero to be born from any quirk, Chisuke started the Phoenix Academy.

Personality: 'Like water of a ducks back', that was a phrase that could describe how Hinata felt about things. Even at a young age they never saw much use in worrying about life. Of course their apathy towards stress shouldn't be taken as apathy towards life. Hinata is very much an out of the box thinker who enjoys living and experiencing life.
Background: Hinata never knew their parents, instead growing up in a pleasant little orphanage. It was during this time that they discovered their quirk, waking up one morning without their skin. The staff were horrified and there was panic all day; though soon everyone realised it was just their quirk. Still, Hinata's lack of skin made it hard to find parents willing to adopt him. But eventually they were adopted by a single mom who also had a mutation quirk (Lobster).
During school students used to pick on them, telling them that they was going to become a villain because of their ugly quirk. Hinata never listened. If anything it just pushed Hinata to become a hero that much more. They'd prove that anyone could be a hero, even if you look vilanous. After failing to get into UA Hinata was accepted to a trial run of Phoenix Academy. After graduating he became a hero for 4 years before returning to Phoenix Academy as a teacher.
Quirk: Bones - Hinata has nothing but a skeleton, held together by their quirk. They can detach any of their bones and reattach them at will, but if they loses a bone theyll have to find a replacement. They can also control their body when their head isn't attached, but will die if their head is destroyed. Despite having no organs Hinata still breaths, eats, and sleeps.
