Ability(s): able to manipulate, control, and make electricity. Able to use the electricity to move faster, enhance his reflexes

Restrictions: With so much electricity coursing through him, it can be hard to control sometimes if he isn’t careful. If he loses control, then the electricity coming out of him gets unstable and could cause serious damage to him and anyone around.

Weapon of choice: Cedric can make weapons out of electricity. He also made these specialized gauntlets to use to help redirect his powers better.

Personality: tries to see the best in people still. Can make friends easily. Loyal. Determined. Focused. Quiet at times but outgoing towards the ones he thinks are his friends.

Backstory: Cedric doesn’t remember much of his past. He can’t even remember what his parents look like. The only life he knows was growing up in this base under the earth. Every day was the same. Get up, train, eat, train, eat again, train more, and then go to bed. That was all they had him and the group of kids he came here with do. They always were telling him and the kids that they were chosen for some, higher purpose. That all of this training was for something. The days would just blend together honestly. Cedric did his best to make friends with the group he came with. They all seemed like good kids, just in a weird situation like he was. Cedric wasn’t sure how he got his powers. The people in the base said he was born with them and that was why he was there. Something about if he had stayed up above ground, there was a good chance he would be dead. Cedric always just keep his focus and did what he was told. He trained his body and his mind. Especially after the incident he had with his powers right before his 21st birthday.

User can manipulate the boundary between fantasy and reality (what is and what isn't), turning one into the other and blurring the border between them. It allows users to bring anything into existence, including impossible things - especially impossible things, as fantasies care little about reality's limitations.

Fantasies can be brought to life as independent existences, or infused into reality in more subtle ways. Users can also turn aspects of reality into fantasies, making them vanish as having never existed. By combining these two aspects, they can remodel existing things to their liking, or replace them with something entirely new.

When using these capabilities at full power, the border between fantasy and reality becomes so thin that it might as well not exist. The affected area is no longer bound to reality and instead becomes an extension of the user's soul, a place where fantasy and reality are one and the same. In this impossible realm, unbounded by any rule, anything is possible, and things like "Heaven" and "Hell" are no longer just metaphysical concepts.
Restrictions:
Based on the type of thing being brought into existence, the strain put on the user will vary. Simple and realistic things are quite easy as breathing, while more complex ideas are more stressful. Changing of the environment is also dependent on the users imagination. If it isn't thought of, it can’t exist, but it is only a matter of time until it does.

Personality:
Kind, caring, stern, and ever the optimist, Eden is the affectionately dubbed “older sister” of the younger children in the Project. She cares for the young ones, and due to the amount of control and power her ability holds, is given more free reign than others. Doing this, she is able to comfort the young ones who are lost and saddened. She is often found quietly cooking treats for the young ones, as well as keeping them all comfortable in the new environment of the Project base.
Backstory:
Eden was willing to join the Project. She was without a home and without a family when the group found her. By this time though, Eden had already mastered her power to a certain degree, and required a certain amount of independence from the strict and prison like environment of the base. Those who forced her to keep to the schedule would sooner or later meet a fate ending with an encounter with eldritch horrors. With this new found independence, Eden would take a more sisterly role to the younger children.

Eden would spend her time, when not being forced to do things, cooking and caring for the children. It was things like that she enjoyed to do in her free time. During combat training and other times, Eden would show expert use with her ability, able to control all the things she had created. Over time, Eden would become less of a subject and more of a partner within the Project.

Ability: Siren has the ability to control strong purple flames of which the facility has dubbed Hellfire due to its much more destructive nature compared to that of normal flames. As a plus, his emotions, that being rage, can fuel his abilities to an extent and make his flames all the more powerful. His abilites also increases his strength and power.

Restrictions: While his strength may be increased greatly, his endurance is absolutely crushed. With simple projectiles and other attacks from his hellfire, he can do just fine and last a while, but with large scale and destructive attacks he can tire out quite easily should he over exert himself. During this time he’ll have to take a step back and “rekindle his flames” before he can return to the fight.

Weapon of choice: Ezro has never believed in fighting with weapons and instead has focused his training on various fighting styles. He is most proficient in Maui Thai and Judo, making him a formidable adversary even without his powers.

Personality: Siren is an easily irritable and angry person, with one of the shortest fuses imaginable. He’s sarcastic, pessimistic, and often times a straight up asshole to people. However when it comes to his friends and those he cares for (realistically he only cares about his team), Siren can be extremely kind and surprisingly calm with them all. Being in their company is one of then few things that keeps him from absolutely losing himself to a state of constant anger.

Backstory: Siren knows little to nothing about his past before coming to the facility. He was taken away when he was just a toddler not even a year old yet. During his younger years he was convinced that he was born in the facility, and that the director of it all Ashimov was his father. In due time however he came to the reality that he had no family, and realistically his birth parents were dead due to Siren’s disappearance. However even still to this day he holds Ashimov in a father figure sort of sense. Growing up with his team, he found that he worked quite well with them and grew quite fond of them all in the years to come. It was because of them that he found but purpose within this facility though he wasn’t too excited about fighting for the whole world. That was a stress that no person should have to endure. Over the years, Siren took a liking to Cedric and the two worked well together. Soon enough Siren was normally seen hanging around his friend, and though he’s never uttered it aloud he considers Cedric like a brother to him. Training became his favorite past time activity, and when he wasn’t trying to find something new to read he was lifting weights, running, sparring, and honing his abilites. Not for himself, or for the “purpose” he has in this life. But so that when the time comes, he can be strong enough to keep his friends safe.

Subject Codename: Subject Gambler
Ability(s): Advanced Tychekinesis: This ability allows Naoki to manipulate the laws of probability subconsciously, it allows him to win any games of chance he participates in, as well as contests between him and another participant.
Restrictions: However this power does not extend to games he does not participate in, such as gambling on horse races, and they do not impact upon Naoki's own luck. It also doesn't work for very long depending on the difficulty of the game. Life or death situations only allow for short bursts of momentary use of his power.
Weapon of choice: Trick Cards

Personality: Naoki operates on the basis of "If it benefits me, I'll do it". He only does what he feels will work out for him. If it doesn't, he'll ruthlessly use his powers until it does. What one should understand about Naoki is that he is VERY good with his powers. He likes the power they give him over others. Naoki may or may not get off of the fear demonstrated by the staff towards him. Though he isn't uncaring, he does greatly care for those who earn his trust. He likes to make jokes and poke fun at the people around him. Sometimes this is genuine, other times a ploy to make them drop their guard.

Backstory: Naoki grew up with nothing, no money or love. All he had were his wits and his ferocity. He was only a small child when he was taken by the Project. Upon receiving his powers, he was treated with utter disdain. In their own words "Why would we need someone who can only win games?". Those words spurred Naoki to have his vengeance. So he studied and practiced until finally he was ready. Challenging the guards to a game of "Follow the Leader", he slipped by unseen and sat in the chair of the Project Head. When she tried to shoot him. He played "Chicken" with the bullet and caught it. Naoki realized that his powers were good at turning all of his fights into games. Naoki always won games. From then on, whenever someone gave him trouble, he'd turn the confrontation into a game and leave them crying in defeat. Sitting near the top of the totem pole, Naoki was only prevented from reaching the top by Eden, everyone's sister-figure. Their encounters always ended in ties because of their unique natures and he came to fall in love with her. Nowadays Naoki just wants to use his powers to make a lot of money,

Fen has wavy peach blonde hair and dark blue eyes. She's usually seen wearing long-sleeved shirts and pants that cover every inch of her skin, excluding her neck and face. This is to protect others from coming in contact with her skin, for fear she may harm them. Unlike her clothes, her gloves are actually specialized. They allow her to better control her abilities and they can even be tampered with to adjust that control. She only removes them during battle.

Abilities:
• Teleportation – Fen can teleport herself and people and objects that are in physical contact with her. Sometimes she can teleport people and objects alone by focusing intensely on them.
• Ice manipulation – Fen can manipulate the colder forms of water such as ice and snow. Her ability is deeply connected to her emotions, making her more powerful and out of control when she is angry and stressed. She can also form weapons from the ice.

Restrictions:
• Teleportation – Fen can only teleport to places she thinks of and has been to, and to locations that are within her view. The further the distance, the more people, and the more objects she teleports, the weaker she is. Subject also falls victim to fatigue and frequent nosebleeds depending on use.
• Ice manipulation – Fen has difficulty controlling her ability at times. She must wear special gloves that prevent her from freezing people she touches on accident. Fen is also much weaker the warmer the temperature is and when the sun is out.

Weapon of choice:
Since Fen can form her own weapons out of ice, she doesn't really need to use material objects. Her body is her main weapon and while she's not the strongest physically, the top Project fighters have taught her how to use her body to her advantage.

Personality:
Not necessarily shy but not necessarily quiet, Fen cares deeply about those around her, which many describe as her weakness. She tends to put others before herself and disregards her own safety. While she can be stubborn at times, there are more occasions where she's analytical, observant, and very thoughtful. Her endearing nature is what draws people close to her, however, it is also something that can push them away due to her empathy. She's not easily discouraged from a challenge and can be quite the feet herself depending on the situation.

Backstory:
One of the later members in her team, Fen joined the Project when she was twelve-years-old. She was detained for some time due to her service for the tyrants, but after a couple months everyone realized she was more of a zombie warrior than their ally. Her memories during her time with the Gods wasn't reliable because another adept was used to control the zombie warriors, however, her body still remembers the things she's done and had done to her.

People were skeptical of her at first, but with the support of someone many of the children looked up to, everyone saw she was actually a very approachable girl. After a few years, she was officially accepted by the younger crowd, but an event with one of her abilities struck fear in some of them. The older generations realized they need to help contain her abilities until she could fully control them, so special gloves were given to Fen that prevented her from freezing others. Fen then continued her training and gradually began to control her abilities better, however, she still loses control some times.

Relationships:
Cedric Longhorn – Cedric is viewed as an older brother-type figure by Fen. He's there when she needs the support and she often consults him on silly matters. Their similar personalities offer easy communication so the two rarely ever argue or bicker.

Eden Procidat – Fen looks up to Eden like she’s her older sister. During her first few months in the facility, the older really helped the younger get used to things.

Siren Jaeger – Siren was one of the first few people to give Fen a chance. They're sparring partners and she believes they're friends, regardless of what he tells her. That being said, Siren's one of the people that she has difficulty reading. It makes her want to understand the man even more, but everyone knows how difficult he is.

Looks (Image or description):Kemeno's teeth are sharper than normal and even when her mouth is closed you can still see her canines which stick out of her mouth. She is normally crouching or on all fours out of habit and her hair is usually a mess. Her clothes as well are almost always wrinkled due to just how often she rolls around.
Subject Codename: Wild Child
Ability(s): All Eater-Subject Wild Child appears to be able to chew through most materials with her teeth after doing so she will take on properties of said materials until subject replaces material with a new one or falls asleep/lose consciousness. I.e eating something metal makes her body tougher while eating an animal such as a rabbit increases her jump height. Wild Child even appears to be able to consume poisons and thus make herself poisonous. Meaning harmful materials must be given via skin to work. .
Restrictions:While Wild Child's ability is remarkable it is limited by the fact she must replace her current ability if she consumes anything else and by the fact she loses her ability if knocked unconscious
Weapon of choice:Subject seems to prefer using her incredible bite as her weapon
Personality:Kemeno has difficulties connecting with others her time in the forest taught her that it was survival of the fittest. Yet coming to the facility has helped her reconnect with people mostly her teammates who Kemeno think highly of. Thanks to her time in the forest Kemeno is unable to speak leaving her frustrated when trying to communicate with others. Whenever she gets stressed out Kemeno will show animal like traits like growling or arching her back to try and appear bigger than she actually is. When she becomes close to someone she treats them like animals treat their young like trying to lick them or snuggling up to them and even trying to find bugs on them to eat. You could say Kemeno is truly as loyal as a dog.
Backstory:Kemeno was only four when her parents were murdered at the hands of the tyrannical adepts her mother in hopes she would llive used her ability to bubble the young Kemeno who at the time wasn't even named such. Kemeno rolled down the Cliffside of her home and landed in the forest near it. After the bubble faded Kemeno was left with nothing to do but fend for herself in the forest she learned to survive finding she could eat anything in the forest. She set up her own territory in the forest where the other animals didn't dare venture into. Years later Kemeno found strange figures had invaded her territory deciding to fight them off she attacked but for the first time she was defeated. The strange figures were actually people from the facility who had heard rumors of a feral child adept in the forest. Capturing Kemeno they dubbed her Subject Wild Child attempting to teach her so that she might be of use to them in project god killer. Sadly even though she had learned to read and write she could not learn to speak. She had missed what the doctors called her Critical Period the time in which a human child can learn how to speak. Kemeno was still given a team among those teammates was Yuma Kunochi who decided to name her it was he who came up with the name Kemeno Ko. With this new found family Kemeno was determined to bring justice to the adepts who killed her parents.
