Sorry if I was unclear, but everyone who was currently accepted into the thread should move on to character creation now.

Your character is good, just remove the formatting errors please. A lot of text (Name, age, and everything backstory and beyond) is underlined when it shouldn't be. All you need to do is move the closing tags "[/u]" and "[/b]" to right after the colon, before your text.

Misuteeku Misuteeku Same issue with yours as with potato's, please move the bold and underline closing tags to be before your text for each section. Right now the entire text is bolded and underlined. Other than that I see no problems worth pointing out.

Also, feeling ambitious tonight so here's a WIP calendar for the timeline of the RP! Days off school are marked in red, and the final version is obviously going to go way past September and have a lot more events on it. But you have the link, and I'll keep adding more to it as time goes on. For those unfamiliar with Google Drive, you don't actually need to be signed in to Google to view the spreadsheet. You can switch between sheets using the bar at the bottom, which in this case is how you'll check different months.

So if I'm looking at the characters we have so far correctly, it seems like we're running three Juniors and two Seniors. One luxury of writing for an American school system is that I can put the two years in the same classes via the use of electives. I was thinking about putting everyone in an art class together, since A. that would grant them meeting time during the day and B. nobody cares if you slack off in art classes. Anyone who doesn't think their character would take an art class can just pass it off as begrudgingly taking the credits they need to graduate. Thoughts?

I'd be fine with that, and we are starting on the first day of school, correct?

Squad141 Squad141 Newp. Second day. The RP thread is already up so you can catch up on what little there is to read. Or you can not, since you wouldn't technically have been present for any of it.

Also Squad141 Squad141 two things before I authorize that character.
1. I'm a bit confused on the backstory. What and how was his brother "forced" into doing, and what legal system anywhere in the world, let alone the United States, would allow a minor to live alone simply because his parents weren't around?
2. Three resistances is simply too much for one weakness on a basic Persona, especially since physical resist is extremely rare and nuclear attacks are pretty uncommon. At least drop the physical resist.

Fixed It!

Formatting errors in the character sheet.
-The text that you've put in each section should not be underlined and bolded.
-"Thorn whip:" should presumably read as "Weapon of choice: Thorn whip"
-"Elemental Affinities: Ice" doesn't really make sense. I'm assuming you mean to say that the persona is strong with fire and weak to ice?
Also, is it "Rose" or "Rosu?" Because you use both names interchangeably in the profile.

I think it makes sense before we go any farther in to discuss the starting relationships between characters. Besides Jack, everyone has been living in Lanham for at least a couple years, so it logically follows that they would at least have seen each other around. So I'm making a first call now, what do we think are the levels of friendship between our characters?
I'll start. I think that Dunban:
->Has heard of Louise and holds a mixture of respect and envy for her success and notoriety.
->Is friend-rivals with Joseph, thinking he acts way too cool for his own good.
->Doesn't know much about his neighbor Arlene, never really having gotten a reason to talk to her.
->Has gotten along well with Eivuri ever since they started working together on projects in their biology class last year (with Dunban having taken the course a year early). The two of them together easily made the best final products in their class.

If anyone wants to negotiate a different relationship between characters, that's fine. This is just my interpretation based on character sheets.

Arlene would at least know everybody, and has a neutral relationship with all of them, except for the transfer student.
