Ooooh. I knew that he was a voice actor but didn't know quite who you were referring too. I was going for more of a Kanji vibe except a little less...eccentric and more thuggish. Eccentric isn't a bad thing by the way. I absolutely love Kanji. Especially since he's voiced by Troy Baker. That man's voice is a godsend.

Sadly, I've only played the games in which Troy Baker voiced Kanji. I also never watched the animation. Fake fan, I know. I'm sure he's great though.
