Goro Abe was a staunch critic of the politician Akira Tomari and often voiced his concerns online to a mass audience. But today he was planning on voicing his concerns in public in front of a crowd. The man began to set up the podium in Central Square to prepare for his speech against Akira Tomari. Goro was a feeling a bit weird all of the sudden but decided to ignore it, he could take some advil later on if he needed to. A crowd was gathering around him to listen to what he had to say. Goro was feeling worse now and he felt like his brain was turning off and his mental abilities were disappearing all of the sudden. He began to gasp for air as he collapsed on the ground. The crowd of onlookers began to freak, and one called emergency services in a panic.
Goro was rushed to the hospital by paramedics quickly. The man was in a vegetable state and couldn't speak or think properly. The paramedics did not know what was wrong with him and neither did the doctors that worked on his case. For some reason, his brain had shut down leaving him in a vegetative state. Goro was unable to perform any basic task that a human should be able to complete. Doctor Shizuko Agawa decided to take a crack at his condition, knowing what it was but was on Akira's payroll. Instead, she just dismissed it as a brain tumor and moved on. The better no one knew about this, the more yen she could make.
Akira would also make sure to pay the media off to report on this. Covering his tracks was very important if he wanted to be prime minister of Japan and achieve Yaldaboath's goal of total control over everyone. The God was using him as a puppet, and he had already sold his soul to get power.

Pervert with a lot of free time and Knucklehead
Shikishima was walking through the third-floor hallway of Shunjin Academy, pretending to care about this school and its students. In reality, he was putting on a facade to keep himself in a position of power so he could continue to pressure girls into doing sexual favors for him. No one knew about what he did, and he would love to keep it that way. Last week, Shikishima had forced some girls to spend some time with him in order to get on the Track and Field team. He promised to put in a good with Mr. Munjo about them but never did.
The only person who was brazen and stupid enough to go after him was Ryuji Sakamoto who often accused him of taking advantage of other people. No one would believe him though because he is Ryuji. That was enough to not believe him. The school knew how much of an impulsive hothead Ryuji was and that he was likely just sour that Shikishima never favored him. Students shouldn't be listening to gossip anyway and should be focused on their studies and getting good grades. There was no time to actually confront him for his deeds of Lust.
"Anyone that is with Sakamoto-san will be punished," Shishima announced in the intercom, "the rumors about me are not true. Pay no attention to them." He was afraid of the truth getting out about him, showcasing his cowardice in dealing with the fallout of his actions. Of course, he was used to getting away with his dastardly deeds that he would never expect to be punished for it. Typical shadow palace ruler, always thinking that they are untouchable.
