Some children were born with certain marks around their body, Of course... The marks were never the same, Some marks could range from the size of simply a little pebble. Others could cover a whole arm and up, they also ranged in colours and shades. There was no chance of meeting someone with the same scar on their body. Maybe it would be easy to find someone with the same object the scar formed like a Skull or heart, but it would most likely be a different size or colour along the opposite persons body. Nobody could remember when these strange markings came into play, or the first child that had been delivered with one. It had been decades since that incident. Scientists had tested to see the birth rate of these children with weird marks and it came up as only 10% of children were born with these marks world-wide. It didn't matter where you lived, or if anyone in your blood line had the marks before you or not. It was still a probability of getting this weird pattern.
(Heads up, OC in this story is a trap~ Just telling since it can be confusing~).
All the major powers in the world had been working since day one after they had seen what these marks could do. It was obvious that everyone with a mark had a supernatural ability, this worried a lot of the major countries. They ordered every hospital to inform the government right away if a child was born with a weird marking. This lead to a lot of newborns to be swept right out of their mothers arms. For this very reason the government somehow found the money to transport better healthcare to developing countries. This wasn't much of an upgrade for the poor countries, because when parents found out they refused to head to hospitals in fear of their children coming out with a mark. This involved a lot of innocent deaths due to the incorrect way of delivering babies, unregistered for healthcare fathers trying to help mothers in labor. Much more open to disease due to them not using the right equipment and worst of all no drugs/medicine to help the woman during the process. If the parents did end up with a marked child, a lot of the time they tried to hide the children, of course since the government organized monthly check-ups to every home to avoid just this situation, the agents always took notes on if the female was pregnant or not, or maybe the father was acting suspicious.
The government and other major powers always took the newborn children to a specific area that was deserted in the world, The government even added in a few tweaks considering the population of the marked ones were 10% of the total worlds. He first of all made sure to build up a huge bubble around the area. It was transparent and barely noticeable, it didn't constrict air to the lungs or anything, it was just used to prevent MOST marked ones out. Secondly, rather then wasting any space on the ground, they decided to build the civilization up, in a futuristic type style. This would've been hard... but there was a few marked people that helped, maybe they didn't know what they were doing... Or maybe they just thought for the best, such as a middle-aged man that had the power of telekinesis, and a few others with similar powers that would help like a female with Super-human strength. It would be built like a space-station or an apartment. There was five floors, It would take almost two days to get from one floor to the other by walking to it. This was how sure the government was to keep supernatural humans locked away here, that he made sure that there was plenty of space. Though, it was built similar to the way you would build a space station, it looked like any typical neighbourhood with bright air, open windows, able to walk outside, you wouldn't even suspect it of having built upwards and not across the ground.
Yuki happened to be one of these special marked ones and was taken from his family at the day of birth, he never really knew his parents and had no knowledge about them, He didn't know if they gave him up optionally or tried to protect him, all that he knew was that he lived in this area. It looked like a normal community due to kids playing around, adults talking among each other and so on, though... It's hard to see it as normal, as some kids could be seen flying around, where as others were zapping around and so on. Yuki had a long baby pink stem rolling up his right thigh on the side, three flowers planted on the pink stem, of an equal pink colour, this was how his mark looked. There was a school to be intended by the younger marked ones, and a university as well as a college, though it wasn't for profession it was more for developing your unique skills further. The reason for this was, the restricted area had their own government like their own little society and the government of the bubble had the ability of reading minds, he had read enough from outside guards and other unique people to know that there was a much different world from the one inside the bubble.
Yuki stood at only 5'2 and was rather pale in skin-colour department. He had a naturally girly complexion and pretty much preferred to dress as such. His long white-blonde hair was taken care of, thrown over both his shoulders, shining from the neatness shown to it. Light baby blue eyes to show his innocent attitude. He was naturally shy and tried not to communicate much, he even barely showed his powers which some students chose to do and some chose not to do. The principal of the school had a name for kids, when joining the school.. You must always show the principal your power and he would give you a certain name to group you in. There was "Lights". Which meant people who would be doing most of the work in a situation up front such as... Levitation, Super-strength, and etc. There was "Mobility" which obviously meant people like super-speed, flying and etc. "Shadows" which did stuff behind the scenes, such as the ability of reading minds. There was even the rare "God" type... Which wasn't seen too often, but they usually had overpowered gifts, one of the most prized students had the ability of Immortality as well as Quick-regeneration to add onto it. As stated earlier, there was a particular way to train for shy children, seeing as the school was meant for super-natural ability upgrading.
There was dorms for each student, so they got their own privacy and little place to live, once nearing the end of university, they would be provided a small home, nothing too big or anything just something where you could survive. Each student had the first letter of their grouping stamped permanently on their hand. Yuki had a Light pink "S" stamped on his left hand, even though he was right-handed. Even though Yuki tried not to show his ability much, it wasn't that hard to get him to do it, not for applause but.. rather for shyness issues. Like a lot of schools in the world, popularity was a huge issue along with bullying in this school, So Yuki tried not getting involved with anybody. Sitting in the courtyard on the stairs, munching on what seems to some sort of gummy candy due to his huge sweet tooth. Wearing a shirt that drooped over his right shoulder and in terms of size went down just below his waist. Along with that shirt he was wearing some denim shorts that barely showed due to the length of the shirt, though it went down to his mid-thighs the shorts. Wearing a pink tank-top underneath the shirt as seen due to the strap of the tank-tops armhole.
