PERSONA:
The one who flirts, flutters and dances like a shadow of a flickering flame; seen but never touched. Present and yet not quite there. Because of her abilities to affect time, great care is taken in her actions, especially in regards to her mission; but yet, this is always hindered by her innate playful nature and desire to belong. Extroverted at heart, Marin enjoys meeting new people and making friends as she time jumps, albeit often grieved knowing that none of these relations would ever last the test of time. She distracts herself with short-term pleasures, however destructive they may be, knowing she could never live the normal life she so envies.
BIO:
Orphaned at birth, Marin was separated from her parents long before she could recall. Memories consist of stone walls and emptied facilities. Test experiments, missions, training, instruction. All taught by men and women dressed in black, unsmiling, regarding her with something akin to fear.
Her powers seemed to have been precedent; a curse which isolated her from humanity. Until the age of 8 where the lack of emotional and social development seemed to hinder her growth, Marin was raised like a pampered lab rat. From then onward, she was thrust back into society, living as a "normal" girl, despite having her environment, peers and family controlled under strict supervision.
Regardless of which, she was grateful for the 10 year breather. It was in those blissful 10 years where she developed a stronger sense of self. The revelation of her powers brought forth a newfound freedom when at 18, she attempted to run away, far into the past or future.
Things back-fired of course. Time was a sensitive thing and history had a cruel way of repeating itself, no matter the struggles. After running for 2 years, she realized that her actions had grave consequences and surrendered herself back into the organization which raised her. She now works for said place, ensuring that everything stays on "course".

- Marin has a mole underneath the corner of her lip

- Even with her powers, she could only stay for four years max in a specific time period. Any longer and she'll suffer unbearable chronic pains until she blacks out and wakes up back in her original timeline.

- Because of the heterochromia in her eyes, the colors in her iris can shift from greyish-blues to hazel-greens, depending on the lighting.
