Can you give me a recap of what's going on?

Well the asteroid thing has given people powers. So the government made a registry (EABSR) and some soldiers (EABSR Enforcers) to enforce this. It's up to you if you sign up. My character just revealed his powers to the world by saving another person from a car. He's now the first 'super hero' in the world.

Bio: Before the asteroid crashed, Rebecca was invisible. She never really talked to people and was usually happy to do her own thing. She attended college as a photography major and was relatively happy. However after the asteroid crashed, every night she found herself waking up in strange places, often times on the roof.

Abilities: Teleport to wherever there is oxygen but takes a bit of energy. Breathing underwater. Can increase healing speeds that deal with blood flow.
