General Appearance: Although she is pretty, that is not usually peoples' first impression of her. Her glasses give her a "nerdish" appearance at first glance. She's not especially tall, but she is thin. Her dark hair is long, and falls past her shoulders, and her eyes are olive (a symbol of her mother) green. Though Cassie sometimes dresses stylishly, she usually is just lucky to change out of her pajamas at all. Her look mostly consists of a plain shirt and some ripped jeans with a pair of sneakers. Her sword is almost always strapped at her hip.


Physical Strengths: Cassie is especially good at sword combat. Her quick reflexes help her to block and avoid her enemies' jabs.


Physical Weaknesses: Cassie isn't that great with archery. Her aim isn't the best despite her good eyesight (with glasses, of course). Her hands are unsteady when it comes to keeping her aim centered on the target.

General Personality: Cassie is relatively laid back as far as children of Athena go. She doesn't mind having fun every once in a while, even pulling a few pranks. Inner Personality: Cassie is extremely fearful of failure. She's afraid to let her mother and her fellow campers down. She trains hard at her swordplay so that maybe she could come in handy one day. Sure, she's sometimes the strategist, but she wants to help in the hands on action.


Fondest Memory: Cassie remembers her mother speaking to her at times; walking her through sword training, guiding her on quests, and giving her advice when she needs it (and when she doesn't). Cassie feels that this kind of connects her to her mother, a god she never got to meet, but someone who cares about her daughter.


Biggest Regret: Cassie was never really close to her father, whom she left to come to camp. She doesn't associate with him since she stays at camp year-round. Cassie didn't take a chance to get to know him, and now she wishes she had. She would go visit him, but she's afraid he won't accept her or has forgotten her all together.


Secret: Cassie secretly likes to flirt sometimes. She also may or may not have a crush on a certain son of Aphrodite.

History





How he/she came to be at camp: Cassie ran away from her father's house in hopes of somehow running into her mother (she was 10). She didn't find her, but Athena led Cassie to camp. Athena kept her safe, though Cassie did see monsters occasionally. The monsters, however, did not seem to notice Cassie, and to this day she hasn't understood it.


How many years at camp: 7 years


Present Life: Cassie has been at camp ever since Athena led her there. It's been the only place that she has ever been able to refer to as 'home'.

General Appearance: Callie is generally thought of as pretty and has a simple yet stylish sense of fashion, preferring pastel colours to brighter, bolder ones and practicality over style (can't fight monsters in heels!). Her complexion is pale despite constantly training in the perpetual sun of Camp Half-blood and she has bright green eyes that seem to always be observing and taking in new information. Through her time at camp, Callie has grown to be quite athletic in her build though still rather slight in frame.


Physical Strengths: Callie has excellent 20/20 vision which aids her with aiming shots in archery practice. She's also a fast runner.


Physical Weaknesses: Although she is athletic, Callie has never been the best at hand to hand combat as her strength leaves something to be desired.

General Personality: Callie is most definitely an optimist, trying to always look on the bright side of life. Sometimes this can make her seem naive, but don't let that fool you, she is less idealistic than she seems. Callie loves helping people and always feels best when she is doing so. Callie is outgoing and friendly, though never put her in the middle of a conflict, she doesn't deal well.


Inner Personality: Despite her bubbly and warm outer personality, Callie is filled with inner sadness. Her mother died when she was very young and so she has a great fear of dying. She simply hates that being a demigod means almost certain death and sometimes she can be preoccupied with finding ways to bring back her mother from the dead, whether that is sensible or not.


Fondest Memory: Any memory involving her mother and meeting Chiron, who is something like a father figure to her.

History





How he/she came to be at camp: Callie was born to Mia Fernandez and Apollo, the god of the arts, philosophy, prophecy and the sun amongst other things. Apollo never revealed his true identity to Mia who believed that he was an aspiring Broadway actor like herself. The god stayed with Mia during the pregnancy and for a few weeks after and professed to loving her dearly.


Unfortunately, shortly after Apollo left her, Mia became chronically depressed due to her failed relationship, failed career and a new born to provide for and was not able to look after Callie to the best of her ability, leaving her in the care of her elder sister Rachel, committing suicide shortly after.



Rachel did not treat Callie particularly well during her years in her care, probably due to her bitterness toward her younger sister who had always been the favoured child. When Callie was seven she ran away from home only armed with the treble clef necklace she had been gifted at birth by her father. She only realised it was a weapon by accident when being chased by monsters all the way to camp.



How many years at camp: 10 years


Present Life: Callie has lived at camp ever since she found the place and frequently talks to her father whenever she can. He spoils her somewhat because he never wanted to leave her mother and her in the first place. She feels that camp is the only place that she can call home and she now only looks forward and never at the past.

Alias: Rae mostly. People have been known to call her Rae-Rae, but the probability of a fist to the gut has been consistently 100%.

Godly Parent: Hades

Godly power/s: Shadow manipulation. Shadow travel just didn't come easily to her, if at all. Instead, she can bend and use darkness and shadows to cloak herself, even make solid objects. She can only make very small objects stay solid at the moment, and it requires a lot of energy and focus. It relies heavily on her mood as well, so I wouldn't get on her bad side when she's practicing.


She may yet have other powers, but they have not asserted themselves in the present quite yet.









Physical Characteristics





Height: 5'10


Weight: 135 lbs


Hair: Jet black, just above shoulder length.


Eyes: Bright blue, almost luminescent in the dark at times.


Distinguishing Mark: Fang marks on the fleshy part of her hand, below the thumb. Plus a few other scars, but they're all in easily hide-able places.


General Appearance: "Dark" would be the best way to describe Raven. She has a sort of aloof, borderline scary beauty to her, perfectly suited for the daughter of Hades. Muted colours are her usual pallete, reds and blacks and purples especially.


Tank tops, un-buttoned button up shirts and ripped jeans are what you'll most likely catch her wearing, as well as lace-up leather hunting boots. She's also rarely without her weapon, as she feels naked without it.



Physical Strengths: Imagine a ninja. Now imagine a ninja who's father is the lord of the underworld. There you have Raven. She's fast, she's silent, and she'd most likely be deadly with proper training. She isn't nearly as skilled as she'd like to be, but I still wouldn't suggest getting on her bad side unless you want to end up duct-taped to your cabin's ceiling during the night.


Physical Weaknesses: Raven relies heavily on her speed, reflexes, and flexibility. Without movement she can't get the right angles, and she simply doesn't have the pure muscle to just beat away at someone. She's strong yes, but nothing like some of the beefier kids at camp.

















Mental Characteristics

Current Goals/Purpose: Train, gain skills, survive.


Aspirations: I'll get back to this...


Hobbies: Whittling maybe? Reading?


Likes: Rain, the outdoors, birds, colours, animals, good conversations.


Dislikes: Sudden loud noises, dumb questions, unsolvable puzzles, conflict.


Talents: Chess, absorbing (and repeating) information, playing guitar, sparring.


Inabilities: It's not that she can't, but she won't do combat training unless it's with wooden or dull weapons. She also panics if she's immobile, and if her emotional state isn't completely or mostly level during a fight she can get reckless, even to the point of straight up idiotic fury.


Fears: Ironically, death... Not her own, but her friends. She's also equally terrified of killing actual people. Monsters are easy, people... People are not.


General Personality: Serious, dark, surprisingly humorous. She certainly isn't the most outwardly friendly camper, and tends to simply quietly move her way through life.


But she's good to the core, if you manage to stick around her for long enough. She's extremely strong in her own beliefs and moral code, and has a willful stubbornness to go along with them. Once she's decided something, it's hard to change her mind, and even harder to get her to admit she was wrong.



Inner Personality: Quietly eager to please, Raven constantly seeks recognition for her actions. Growing up with only one parent, and a busy one at that, left her alone with herself and her achievements far too often.


She also cares an extremely large amount about the people at camp, and would easily get herself hurt or even die for them. Life to her doesn't really matter if she can't protect the people she cares about.



Fondest Memory: The moment her mother said yes to getting a dog. Raven was only around 6 at the time, so she was still living in Australia and monsters hadn't noticed her yet.


Biggest Regret: Running away from home. The monster visits were too much, and her need to protect her mother from the collateral damage that occurred eventually tipped Raven over the edge. So she disappeared one night and never went back. She's been too scared to contact her mother again, after all the years.


Secret: If she told you, it wouldn't be a secret anymore, right?

History





How he/she came to be at camp: The aforementioned running away. Raven was around thirteen at the time, having survived for a solid year after monsters started noticing her. But she loved her mother, and seeing her have to re-plant the entire garden after it got destroyed during an attack, or pay to rebuild a whole room that got impaled by an angry bull, Raven grabbed a backpack of stuff and slipped away in the middle of the night.


She knew her mother would be furious if she ever got in contact, so she never ended up calling her again. She checks on her every now and again, just to make sure she's doing alright. Raven hopes to meet her again, but she's too nervous to talk to her now after all the years of separation.



How many years at camp: Five


Present Life: Living at camp, basically. Wake up, eat, train, eat, train, eat, sleep. Rinse and repeat.

Distinguishing Mark: Her single eye, and the scar over that half of her face.


General Appearance: Even without her one eye and facial scar, Mara isn't exactly the type of girl to be seen as "pretty". She is rather stocky, with a muscular frame developed from years of combat training and physical challenge.


Physical Strengths: Her physical strength, which lets her overpower her foes with crushing blows from her mace.


Physical Weaknesses: Due to the fact she is missing her left eye, she cannot see too well on the left side.


Powers: For the most part, it is simply strength, however when she is angry, it is almost infective, her anger spreading to those around her, perfect for starting a fight.

Talents: She has skill with all weapons except a bow, although she most prefers her mace, as the sheer power it allows her to wield is not too easy to deal with, much to the dismay of her foes.


Inabilities: She is unable to use a bow, has trouble following orders she "Doesn't agree with" (Usually meaning she isn't close enough to the fight), and is not too skilled at interacting with normal people.


Fears: The Dark, as, in her own words, "The dark isn't exactly something you can beat the shit out of." However, it goes back farther to the incident in which she lost her eye.


General Personality: She can appear angry, brutish, bitter, and spiteful, and for the most part, that would be exactly what she is. She isn't a nice person, and does not pretend to be one. She is serious in battle, training, and Capture the Flag, but in all other circumstances, she doesn't particularly talk to people. She angers easily, holds grudges, and has a relentless determination. However, she doesn't seem to care about winning, aslong as she takes down a few with her.


Inner Personality: On the inside however, she truly has a bit of social anxiety, lacking alot of the skills required to talk to people. And put off by her angry, bitter nature, or spite, people don't talk to her, leaving her feel alone, which makes her even more bitter. More than anything, even more than a good fight, she wants a good friend she can trust and open up to, or maybe more than that. Once she finds this person, she might be a little more friendly, making jokes and gods forbid, smiling every once in a while


Fondest Memory: The times she spent with her best friend before everything "went to shit", and when she did beat the crap out of her abusive step father, although, not to her knowledge, he died in the hospital three days after.


Biggest Regret: Not being able to save her best friend, not beating the crap out of her abusive step-father soon enough.


Secret: Her fears and vulnerabilities, although secretly, she feels lonely and needs a friend, or more than that.

How he/she came to be at camp: After the fight with her abusive stepfather father, she ran from home with her best friend in tow, (Also a demigod) based off her friend's knowledge of a place for "people like them". However, only a few miles from the camp, they were ambushed by a few monsters, and her best friend was killed, and she had lost her eye, and gained a massive scar, and a bitter anger that would haunt her for the next four years.


How many years at camp: 4

History





How he/she came to be at camp: Callie was born to Mia Fernandez and Apollo, the god of the arts, philosophy, prophecy and the sun amongst other things. Apollo never revealed his true identity to Mia who believed that he was an aspiring Broadway actor like herself. The god stayed with Mia during the pregnancy and for a few weeks after and professed to loving her dearly.


Unfortunately, shortly after Apollo left her, Mia became chronically depressed due to her failed relationship, failed career and a new born to provide for and was not able to look after Callie to the best of her ability, leaving her in the care of her elder sister Rachel, committing suicide shortly after.



Rachel did not treat Callie particularly well during her years in her care, probably due to her bitterness toward her younger sister who had always been the favoured child. When Callie was seven she ran away from home only armed with the treble clef necklace she had been gifted at birth by her father. She only realised it was a weapon by accident when being chased by monsters all the way to camp.



How many years at camp: 10 years


Present Life: Callie has lived at camp ever since she found the place and frequently talks to her father whenever she can. He spoils her somewhat because he never wanted to leave her mother and her in the first place. She feels that camp is the only place that she can call home and she now only looks forward and never at the past.

She can only make very small objects stay solid at the moment, and it requires a lot of energy and focus. It relies heavily on her mood as well, so I wouldn't get on her bad side when she's practicing.


She may yet have other powers, but they have not asserted themselves in the present quite yet.

General Appearance: "Dark" would be the best way to describe Raven. She has a sort of aloof, borderline scary beauty to her, perfectly suited for the daughter of Hades. Muted colours are her usual pallete, reds and blacks and purples especially.


Tank tops, un-buttoned button up shirts and ripped jeans are what you'll most likely catch her wearing, as well as lace-up leather hunting boots. She's also rarely without her weapon, as she feels naked without it.



Physical Strengths: Imagine a ninja. Now imagine a ninja who's father is the lord of the underworld. There you have Raven. She's fast, she's silent, and she'd most likely be deadly with proper training. She isn't nearly as skilled as she'd like to be, but I still wouldn't suggest getting on her bad side unless you want to end up duct-taped to your cabin's ceiling during the night.


Physical Weaknesses: Raven relies heavily on her speed, reflexes, and flexibility. Without movement she can't get the right angles, and she simply doesn't have the pure muscle to just beat away at someone. She's strong yes, but nothing like some of the beefier kids at camp.

Fears: Ironically, death... Not her own, but her friends. She's also equally terrified of killing actual people. Monsters are easy, people... People are not.


General Personality: Serious, dark, seemingly humourless. She certainly isn't the most outwardly friendly camper, and tends to simply quietly glare her way through life.


But she's good to the core, if you manage to stick around her for long enough. She's extremely strong in her own beliefs and moral code, and has a willful stubbornness to go along with them. Once she's decided something, it's hard to change her mine, and even harder to get her to admit she was wrong.



Inner Personality: Quietly eager to please, Raven constantly seeks recognition for her actions. Growing up with only one parent, and a busy one at that, left her alone with herself and her achievements far too often.


Fondest Memory: The moment her mother said yes to getting a dog. Raven was only around 6 at the time, so she was still living in Australia and monsters hadn't noticed her yet.


Biggest Regret: Running away from home. The monster visits were too much, and her need to protect her mother from the collateral damage that occurred eventually tipped Raven over the edge. So she disappeared one night and never went back. She's been too scared to contact her mother again, after all the years.

History





How he/she came to be at camp: The aforementioned running away. Raven was around thirteen at the time, having survived for a solid year after monsters started noticing her. But she loved her mother, and seeing her have to re-plant the entire garden after it got destroyed during an attack, or pay to rebuild a whole room that got impaled by an angry bull, Raven grabbed a backpack of stuff and slipped away in the middle of the night.


She knew her mother would be furious if she ever got in contact, so she never ended up calling her again. She checks on her every now and again, just to make sure she's doing alright. Raven hopes to meet her again, but she's too nervous to talk to her now after all the years of separation.



How many years at camp: Five


Present Life: Living at camp, basically. Wake up, eat, train, eat, train, eat, sleep. Rinse and repeat.

When he told his father, he learned about the Greek Gods and that Aphrodite was his mother. Luke's parents had a brief affair, in which Aphrodite gave birth to Luke and left his father shortly after. As a result of the attack, his father quickly sent him to Camp Half-Blood, knowing that Luke would be safer there and learn how to protect himself. To this day, his father still has not forgotten about his love for Aphrodite.

Fondest Memory: Cassie remembers her mother speaking to her at times; walking her through sword training, guiding her on quests, and giving her advice when she needs it (and when she doesn't). Biggest Regret: Cassie was never really close to her father, whom she left to come to camp. She doesn't associate with him since she stays at camp year-round. Cassie didn't take a chance to get to know him, and now she wishes she had. She would go visit him, but she's afraid he won't accept her or has forgotten her all together.

How he/she came to be at camp: Cassie ran away from her father's house in hopes of somehow running into her mother (she was 10). She didn't find her, but Athena led Cassie to camp. Athena kept her safe, though Cassie did see monsters occasionally. The monsters, however, did not seem to notice Cassie, and to this day she hasn't understood it.


How many years at camp: 7 years


Present Life: Cassie has been at camp ever since Athena led her there. It's been the only place that she has ever been able to refer to as 'home'.

It turns out that he was really a satyr, and well, she didn't pursue to keep in contact with him after she realized she wasn't a normal human, and felt she was too overwhelmed with her new life.


How many years at camp: Four years


Present Life: Being that her home is so far from camp, Jane finds commuting between her home and camp safely quite a struggle, so she lives at camp year-round. Despite being at camp for a while, she longs greatly to return home and experience living as a human again, so hasn't really settled in very well.

Fondest Memory: When she turned 6 she started getting letters from a unknown pen pal. Her fondest memory was when her father and her were in the Sahara and he read her the first letter under the stars next to a warm fire. It was one of her fondest memory of her dad although there were more of them she always remembered that was the best.


Biggest Regret: Letting her best friend in the world, go off on her own. They were in a sandstorm and Isara and her best friend were running for shelter, but her friend wanted to find her parents. Reluctantantly, Isara let her go and ran to the shelter. When the storm passed Isara couldn't find her friend in the sheltee, she ran around from place to place trying to find her friend only to find her body half buried in the sand. She hadn't been buried alive, someone shot her and stole what little she had. After she lost her friend she's kept her close seeing her spirit and communicating with her.


Secret: She sees dead people. Although, not a big secret she is beginning to dabble in the darker forms of magic, such as necromancy.

History



How he/she came to be at camp: When Isara was 12 she was taken by a friendly ghoul, a servant of her mother, to the camp.


How many years at camp: Four years.


Present Life: She spends most of her days in the camp, practicing her magic and


honing her skills. However, she does go home, wherever that is. Sometimes it's in India or France, occasionally its in the Americas. She writes to her father everyday and converses with the ghosts she meets who pass through camp.
