Physical: Pepper is just like the fairy tale character the Narrative decided she was perfect for. She is a young pale skinned girl with bright red/orange hair. Her hair hangs down to the middle of her back and she has ice blue eyes. She has an hourglass figure (Not that you can tell because of her oversized hoodies) She is constantly wearing red oversized hoodies. She stands at 5'7" and weighs at none of your business-(155lbs).
Skills:
Prior Activation Skills
*Cars- Pepper can fix almost any car
*Archery-Can use bow and arrows pretty well
*Barrista- Can make one hell of a cup of coffee
*Driving- Is an excellent driver and is capable of driving at high speeds, think Fast n Furious
*Sharpshooting- Is one hell of a shot, rarely misses her target no matter the long ranged weapon. This could be a gun or a bow and arrow.
After Activation Skills
*Self Defense Trainging- Has been trained in self defensize training to help her in any situation
*Firearm Training- Has been trained in handling firearms safetly and responsibly
*Investigative Training- Trained in proper investigating necessary for the job.
Powers:
*Animal Affinity- Pepper has the capability to understand and communicate with animals. This ranges from small to large animals. She can ask them questions which can help out with missions if need be.
*Pathfinding- Pepper doesn't get lost. At all. She always knows where to go to find her way.
*Sees Through Illusions/Deception- Lying to Pepper successfully is very hard to pull off. She can see though lies and illusions.
Flaws:
*Hot Tempered- Pepper has a shooooort fuse. She loses her temper rather easy and tends to explode rather than hold it all in.
*Trust Issues- Pepper has built in walls that are hard to get past and because of this is as prickly as a cactus.
*Blunt- Pepper doesn't refrain from telling people what is on her mind
*Doesn't Think Before Speaking- Pepper will often get herself in trouble because she doesn't think before speaking
*Authority- Pepper doesn't respond well when it comes to Authority. She doesn't like being told what to do and will react disrespectfully. ie To Humbert "What do you want Scruffy?" NOTE: Grandma is the only Authority figure she will listen to.
*Animal Cruelty- Pepper has strong feelings for animals and can't stand cruelty towards them. She can oftens times hear animals crying for help and it really bothers her. Enough so that she will go out her way to do something about it.
*Wolf ME's- Do to her being a Red Riding Hood ME, most Wolf ME's will target her if they are not controling themselves.
Personality:
Pepper is a sweet natured girl and cares about those that she is close to. She puts up tough walls and acts as tough and fiesty as she can. Once someone gets past her walls they get to experience the true nature of Pepper. She has a tendecy to say things that can get her in trouble as she sometimes doesn't think before speaking. She is a hotheaded girl and wont refrain from telling people what is on her mind.
Pepper cares deeply for any and all animals and actually has plenty of pets of her own. She tends to take home animals that she finds on the street that are calling for help. She likes to wear punk clothing like combat boots (steal-toed of course) and black leather pants. She loves her Grandmother and will do anything for her and to make sure she is safe. Once she is close to someone she will do anything for them. Has done Street Racing in the past. And enjoyed it. Nothing quite like going super fast.
History: Pepper's story starts out with her childhood. She grew up with her grandmother who loved her very much. Her parents had both gone missing and had never been found for years. The last anyone had seen of them was before they went on a camping trip. They never came back from that camping trip. The only reason Pepper hadn't gone with was because she didn't want to go camping wanting to stay with her Grandmother instead.
After months of searching and hope her parents were finally found. They had been found off the beaten path inside their car. It had crashed into a tree. The police and declared it as an accident. With that news behind them Pepper and her Grandmother moved on as best they could. Pepper lived with her Grandmother for the next 10 years going through school, hanging out with friends, and finally graduating.
Pepper got a job at a coffee shop just trying to earn money to help her Grandmother out and to just make a little cash. Pepper enjoyed the job as she really enjoys coffee of all kinds. Over the months that she worked there there was a customer who always went to that coffee shop and demanded she make his coffee. She always thought it was weird since it seemed that he always knew what days she worked.
The Narative already keeping an eye out on her decided that she was a perfect Red Ridding Hood and forced it's manipulative fingers into the mind of this customer. He followed her when she got off work and stopped her on the way. He asked her things like if she was alone and telling how pretty she was. Creeped out by this guy she told him to leave her alone and left as quickly as she could.
Unknown to her this guy had already followed her home once already and knew just where she lived and what apartment she and her Grandmother lived in. Before Pepper had even made it home he had already broken into the small two bedroom apartment and forced her Grandmother into the hall closet forcing tape over her mouth so she wouldn't make noise. He waited for Pepper to come home in silence.
When the young girl finally made it home she was met with her "Guest". He lunged after the girl trying to force her into a bag. He was determined to keep her as his own. She fought and struggled but wasn't able to do much about it. She screamed and cried for help the man glaring and shushing her. She wasn't cooperating and it wasn't going the way he wanted.
The commotion got the attention of their across the hall neighbor and he went to investigate what was happening. He soon discovered the man trying to kidnap Pepper and grabbed a statue nearby and hit the man over the head. The man fell to the ground and the neighbor called the cops while trying to calm Pepper down.
LIBRIS had detected the Narative acting up and sent in agents to check out what had happened. Upon arival the agents had to fight the now Wolf to protect those around them. The Wolf fought off the agents and injured one of them escaping. Before the Agent could stop him he got into the agents car and drove off. Pepper seeing everything that had happened got to her feet and raced off after the Wolf. He was not going to get away with this. It was one thing to hurt her but to hurt her Grandma he was going to pay for this!
She ran past the Agent yelling at him to follow her and she got into her jeep. The thing was like a tank. Bareley waiting for the Agent to get in the passenger seat the two raced after the Wolf. Pepper driving with skill and speed the two reached the Wolf overtaking him and able to put him in custody. After a trial in front of a LIBRIS board he was placed in jail for being a unrepentant predator.
After discovering that Pepper was in fact a Red Riding Hood ME she was drafted in to the Agency. Mostly for her own protection as most Wolf ME's would target her like the Wolf that attacked her had. She was put through training to figure out her new powers. As well as getting training in being a Agent of LIBRIS. Unfortuanately she had to quit her job at the coffee shop in order to work for LIBRIS.
