Time for our thirteenth community vote!

Question: Should we give numbers/and or names to the dorms?

The PSA is a large place. Like, really large. It's dorms alone have capacity for 400 people to live in them between the two, and this is ignoring the extra chambers which are specifically for teachers. As such it would make sense if it had some kind of capacity to distinguish between these rooms quickly and some way of figuring out what your new room is faster. In addition to also just being a kind of fun idea to naming your room, it could ease designating a particular dorm room without having to use a particular character's name. With numbering we could also assert a realtive position of dorms to one another, thus potentially creating dynamics with such interaction as there being yelling from the room next door.
Of course, all of this would require us to come up with, agree to and assign theese dorm names and/or numbers. That, in turn, can be either done by the players coming together to decide with civilism or by myself and my co-GMs atributing them again. Yes, this time there is an option where the players can decide instead of it being assigned, call it an experiment if you will. Of course though, if it proves to fail and the players after taking that option can't organize enough to make that decision, we will fall back into the co-GM and myself option.

So, here are our options!
A) We shall add names based on a theme to the dorm rooms, decided by the players who are in dorms with at least 2 people populating them.
B) We shall add numbers to the dorm rooms decided by the players who are in dorms with at least 2 people
C) We shall add numbers to the dorms decided by the GM and co-GMs
D) We shall add names based on a theme decided by the players who are in dorms with at least 2 people AND we shall add numbers decided by the GM and co-GMs.
E)We shall add names based on a theme and numbers, both decided by the players who are in dorms with at least 2 people
F) We shall add neither names nor numbers to the dorm rooms

Everyone, due to one option achieving half the votes and it being the option I voted on (since the rules established that in case of a tie, my vote counts an extra compared to the usual), this community vote is now closed!

Time for our fourteenth community vote!

Question: Should we modify or erase rule 15?

In the early times of this roleplay, one policy I established was to allow anyone with interest in boku no hero to have a shot at participating in this roleplay without this resulting in them being overwhelmed with spoilers. However, the rule which was meant to help this (rule 15, which stats that all manga and 2nd season onwards content or references ought to be in clearly indicated spoilers) has hardly if at all been kept by anyone. With the update of the rules, it will now be required to have at least seen the first season and have some knowledge of the second, however even if that was not the case the need for rule 15 as it is might still be dubious. However, it did hold an important function even if it was unsuccessful in being implemented. As such, I wish to know the community's opinion and compromise regarding the rule's future.

So, here are our options!
A) We should keep rule 15 as it is.
B) We should remove rule 15
C) We should modify rule 15 to only apply to manga content.
D) We should modify rule 15 to only apply to content I and my co-GMs collectively decide is a spoiler or relevant to spoilers.
