To the other two, you are free to apply for other roles or change your character to fit other roles not filled. (The back story will probably change, but if you want to keep the overall character, it's possible)

That's a good question. Normally, it would only happen every 4 weeks, but in Gladefall Isle, it would happen every 2 weeks since time works differently there.

The 4th of Spring will be the first night of the full moon we get to see

I'll also add the moon phase to narrative posts, to make it easier to track as well.
