I'm interested enough to hear more, but I have some caveats with your RP Submission:


You don't really say too much about what system it would be, what plot (if any) would occur (is it character driven). How many people you're accepting. And 'The forum is 3 years old but rebooted' makes no sense to me unless you're advertising for a game on a different forum (is that even allowed?)

RP Submission on this site is for having RPs created here. If you look around you will notice that there are dozens of games going on. Advertising to an off site RP is not allowed unless approved by the staff.
