Suggestion Page navigation buttons

First of all, I took a look around and couldn't find a thread with a similar suggestion, so I either I overlooked it or there's none. Nevertheless, apologies if this has been said already.

Now for what matters.

I couldn't avoid noticing that when you scroll down and then begin to scroll up again the page a small "Go up" button appears next to the scroll bar after a moment. What I'm asking about is if there couldn't be a "Go Down" as well, since scrolling down long threads, even using "Pg Dn", is quite tedious. A button to jump to the top and another to jump to the bottom of the page would make navigating long threads much easier. If the could be permanently visible it would be much better, but even fading ones work as well.

Anyway, this is all that I had to say.

Thanks to the Staff for keeping up such a great site, regardless of this idea being taken into consideration or not.

Using the "Home" (to go up) or "End" (to go down) button would work if you're using a keyboard.
