With Glass Manipulation Ozzie can absorb glass from any source and use in a different ways.
-Can create one large shard to penetrate armored vehicles at the cost of using more 'conduit energy', or multiple smaller clusters that would do harm to unarmored units but against armored units it wouldn't be able to penetrate their armor.
-He can launch himself by making a deformed 'pillar' to launch himself into the sky and can latch onto different surfaces by making 'craters' of glass.
-If falling onto an enemy from a relatively high height he can create a 'pool' of glass that harms anyone unfortunate enough to get caught in the way.
-By launching a large shard into the ground he can create a 'shield' that covers from the chest downwards and can launch these further away to make these 'shields' for others.
-Can Create caltrops that go off in small explosions that harm the legs of anyone caught in them. They remain stationary and are usually created when running. Can set them off manually with some small concentration.
-As a non offensive move, Ozzie can create a cocoon to subdue someone by touching them after they have weakened.
Misc.
Autocharge- Automatically recharges his 'conduit energy pool' without draining from a source, requires a full 10 days without use to fully charge.
Focus- Can perceive things as if they were going slower for 60 seconds, takes a full 5 minutes to recharge.
Stamina- Common conduit ability regarding how a conduit can keep going longer than a normal human. But this is not indefinite.
Toggle- Can 'turn on and off' his glass powers when not in use. Giving him greater control on when to use it and when not to.
Durability- Greater durability that a human, is common among conduits.
Regen- Another common ability that conduits have, can only heal from non-lethal wounds. Won't regenerate from a blown off leg or being able regenerate from loss of a sensory organ such as the eyes.
Strength- A other common conduit ability as conduits are naturally stronger that human.
History: Student at the local high school, first found out about his ability after accidentally creating and setting off a caltrop while in his room. Doesn't enjoy using it in public or in private due to the negative stigma that surrounds 'Bio-Terroists'.
Personality: Is rather anxious due to being a 'Bio-Terrorist' and doesn't wish to be found out under any circumstances. Has a very minor case of paranoia since he believes that someone may be following him due to being a 'Bio-Terrorist'. Doesn't like the idea of being jailed by the D.U.P.
Would affiliate himself with the D.U.P if it means his life won't go down the gutter when his status as a 'Bio-Terrorist' goes public. May be swayed if measures a taken
