inhabits the rapier. When cut by Shirayuki, ice will form over the wound. If not treated fast enough,
the ice will cause severe frostbite to the wounded area.

Personality: Val can often comes off as childish, pulling pranks on her co-workers on a regular basis, and
teasing people to the point where they consider her as annoying. She can be rather
arrogant when it comes to fighting; having a tendency to underestimate her opponents.
Val does have a soft and caring side, although only the people close to her get to see it.
Extra: Despite her name, Val was born to Japanese parents and has been living in Japan for her whole life.
She respects Mori as a leader and puts up a serious façade when around him. She adores cats
and will oftentimes stop whatever she's doing to pet any one she sees.
