He pulls his walking cane up over his shoulder, and sprays mustard gas out of the end of it, it has 5 ammo and shoots 10 rounds per minute, each round shoots a puff of mustard gas that stays there for a few seconds before dissipating, if any enemy comes in contact with it they take 30 damage and then take 10DPS over a course of 3 seconds for a total of 30 damage, if they are still in the gas for more than one second they take another 30 damage and are poisoned again

Passive:
Everyone within 20 feet of him gain +50% healing from all sources
Ability 1: solvent grenade
He throws a small glass bottle full of some kind of powerful solvent, anyone within 10 feet falls asleep similar to Ana's sleep dart but AOE
Ability 2: smoke bomb
He launches a round glass ball from his gauntlet, and smoke leaks out of it. After a few seconds 5 square feet where the ball exploded becomes covered in smoke, allowing him to escape
Ability 3: healing touch
Ana's biotic rifle but melee.

Background
The doctor has an unknown background, most of his childhood he spent reading about diseases, his father spent most of his time away, as he was in the military. He was captured by the omnics when John was 17 and injected with an experimental "bubonic plague" and sent back to his home by the omnics, in hopes of causing an epidemic. However, to protect him and his mother John killed his father before the disease could fully take its toll and spread to his family. He burned his body and kept his fathers hat, a family heirloom Made with mercury. After wearing the hat for some time the hat gave him mercury poisoning, driving him mad. He then created an outfit made after the plague doctors suits during the time of the plague. He then "cured" his mother of lung cancer, and was arrested at the age of 20. On his way to the jail he broke free from his cuffs (because magic.) and killed the police officers. He spent the rest of the years roaming England looking for victims. Until he learnt of overwatch... (I expect to start the rp as having him be a new member of overwatch).

Conniving but strategic, at first glance he may not seem very smart but in reality he's quite wise and has been through much in his short life. AT times he is conflicted but nonetheless remains a joker and warrior at heart. Sometimes a little lazy but Luke is never one to sleep during something important or miss his training sessions. Luke, unsurprisingly carries the characteristic of a cat, so expect to see him in the strangest of places.

Background
Luke was part of an experiment testing by a Facility hidden from the Government. Their aim was to make human genes mix with animals in order to make a super soldier, for their own purpose, to help on shipments of drugs, defence on bases, anything useful where he could be exploited.
Luke was an orphan, taken off the streets and pushed into the hands of this ruthless group. He was at first trained, hand to hand, weaponry but the boy already had slight of hand down. Stealing since he was simply 9 years old, he made his way up the ranks of the former group. That was when he was injected, stabbed and experimented on.
Using the genes of a panther, Luke was to be the 1st of many, many people to undergo the procedure and survive with the correct out comes. Anyone who didn't was swiftly killed and the next batch bought in. Luke faked his death, the panther in him allowed his body to morph and changed, he ahd the senses of his cat half and thus he was born. Luke pretended to go into shock and they, not even caring about his heartbeat as it had many times quickly moved him away but not before the Facility went up in flames. Everyone died except the two drivers who would take the boy to his dig site, well they did in the end.
After a while, Luke enlisted himself into training with his new half, stealing for money and helping the men that trained him, they were Japanese and he stayed in their temples for years to come before leaving and exploring the world, he joined up with Overwatch but doesn't stop his thieving antics, he's only there because the Japanese will him to, to learn and do some good, he's not good.
