Roleplay Type(s)
If you want your own guild, feel free to throw it here.

Hellfire Mercenaries - The Hellfire Mercenaries a small guild comprising of only 10 members and 3 NPCS. A guild of Heteromorphs lead by Lylac, in Yggdrasil they were able to be hired out by other guilds to either do jobs they couldn't do or to help fight other clans. They were unsurprisingly mercs who made deals usually in their favor and were usually bought by the highest bidder. By the end only Lylac and the NPCS remained, in the last hours of the game Lylac logged in for one last hurrah.

The Edge Syndicate: A group of 18 players, each of whom were dedicated to exploring one aspect of the game, ranging from item collecting, to item crafting, to NPC creation, to kill counts, to boss slaying. Since their characters were each hyper-focused a specific goal they banded together to cover their weaknesses, with each using their strengths to help the others achieve their goals. Their members were very insular and would only work with other players to advance their individual interests. They had an entirely justified reputation as player-killers and thieves for their willingness to do anything to further their goals. But their actual membership was unknown beyond a few members due to their crafters making items to protect them from being discovered. Their base contained a treasure trove of rare and unique items, incredibly powerful crafted items, and was inaccessible to nonmembers due to being linked to the rings their crafters made that only a guild member could use. Their last act before disbanding was to strip their base of any items individuals wanted to keep on their character along with all the NPCs, leaving the place empty except for those items and NPCs they had no interest in.

Clan One Solo - Fafnir is a freelancer of sorts. She is her own guild, and the only member. She needs no one else, and believes she can beat anyone who attempts to challenge her.

Havoc's End
A guild whose main focus was on technology and what Syfy elements they getaway within the game. They were well known for there creation of powerful golems/robots that they often either sold or rented to other guilds for use in guild wars. These profits went to making the guild even stronger. Their base is seemingly a tower with the highest tech allowed in the game with a massive laboratory and factory. NPC machines and scientists were left to run the place as more and more guild members left.

Tall Tree
The longest-standing roleplaying guild in YGGDRASIL. They were well-known for consistently discovering Uncommon and Elite class due to the unusual build of their members. It is not to say that the guild is weak; there are many combat-oriented characters builds in the guild, albeit most of them were different flavours of Paladins or edgy Rogues. The guild's long history gives it a solid foundation in the game. The guild's base is located around the Tree of Life, a sapling from the original YGGDRASIL tree. With the dwindling interest on the game, the guild was mostly ran by assistants and servants NPC.

Harvest- One of the top PK guilds in Yiggdrasil created by the notorious tiefling blacksmith and inquisitor Ignis. Each member was a specialist in a different domain, and together they formed a force to be reckoned with. Their main NPCs where created to cover the areas of combat and/or crafting in which all the main members lacked. Probably as a form of mockery to the humanoid casuals, Ignis's guild was a mix of humanoid, demi-human, and heteromorphic creatures in the realm of Alfheim.

Sanguine Angel (5)

Pearless Striker (5)
Heart of Tarrasque (5)

Appearance:
1600280401602.png

Personality: The first impression Rosa gives is that she's a calm, softspoken, and cheerful girl. But it's just a guise to hide her hot-tempered, cold-hearted, sadistic nature. While she hates weaklings, she can respect those that wish to become stronger, or those that face adversity without complaint. While actually hot-tempered, Rosa doesn't lose herself in her rage, and is in actual control of it (because of her Wrath Queen class). She is also very prideful, not taking orders from anyone except Harvest Guild Members or the NPC Dolce Requiem, which she finds scary. She can however, accept suggestions, if she finds them good enough.

Misc:
>>Rosa is one of the top NPCs of Harvest, one of the guardians of the last floor before the guild hall. Built as a powerful tank, and damage dealer, her role was that of a vanguard.
>>Important skills, items and passives:
  • Typical physical and magical immunity to anything bellow lvl 60.
  • She has outstanding regeneration, at least double that of a lvl 100 troll. Her rare Heart of Tarrasque class, while devoid of any super tiers, has a passive skill that makes her regeneration unalterable, not even by super tiers. Nothing short of a World Item could alter it.
  • Innate magic resistance: 40% (for lvl 60 and above). That excluding her magical defense stat.
  • Oni Lord traits: cold immunity, death/necrotic immunity, energy drain immunity, dark vision, temporal protection, sleep immunity, doube damage by fire (became neutral to it because of the phoenix bloodline), great weakness to acid. She can also use energy drain if she touches a target with her bare hands, shapeshift (thus immune to polymorph, fly, and cast an aura of cold.
  • Innate resistance to all forms of normal physical attacks (including natural weaponry): 40% (goes up to 75% if she uses her defensive stances from the Stalwart Defender class). That excluding her physical defense stat.
  • Physical damage reduction: each time she is hit with a normal physical attack, Rosa's improved passive kicks in. WIth each following attack by the same weapon, punch, kick, or natural weapon, the damage is gradually reduced until it reaches 0.
  • Immunity to insta-kill attacks.
  • Attacks that cleave half or more of her hp are reduced to 40% of their damage output.
  • The phoenix bloodline of her bloodrager job class, gave her fire resistance, that, combined with her fire weakness, made her neutral to fire. But the most important aspect of it is that she can revive once a day, at 10% hp without penalty.
  • The Heart of Tarrasque job class also lets her revive once a day at 20% hp without penalty.
  • She has a World Item pendant called Aegis of the Immortal, that lets her revive once a day at 100% hp and mp without penalty.
  • Stalwart defender ability: every time she dies, Rosa can perform one last undodgeable, simple weapon attack, that deals double damage. Name: [Last Word]
  • The tattoo on her forehead is a magical inscription created by a specialist player, that gives her true sight (can see through illusions, or invisible things/creatures).
  • She can grow ebon-feathered wings for flight, or even to use as defense. The wings are highly resistant to heat/fire.
  • Can use telepathy.
  • Has a powerful intimidation passive, that automatically strikes fear in creatures bellow level 50.
  • Her Wrath Queen job class empowers her rager abilities and esures that she is in complete control of her wrath.
  • While raged, she is immune to stuns, paralysis, and gains freedom of movement.
  • Immunity to fear, intimidation, charms, or mind control.
  • She can deflect tier spells (1-10) 5 times a day, and once per day she can reflect a super tier back to the attacker.
  • One in two attacks is a succesful critical hit.
  • Passive that increases proeficiency with swords, spears, axes, flails and clubs.
  • She has outstanding speed even without magic enhancements.
  • Her physical attacks deal more damage with each strike, and can stack for as long as she continuosly attacks a target, to the point where she can bypass resistances, and even immunities partially (25% of damage would pass through). But if 30 seconds pass without her making contact with the target, the damage is reset.
  • She can break items with her skills.
  • Her divine weapon is made out of the bones and scales of a vampiric dragon raid boss. Extra damage against dragons/dragonkin, lifesteal, as well as the ability to change type between a spear/lance and a sword at will, going between piercing and slashing damage.
  • She has items that offer electricity protection, divine/holy protection, sound protection, arcane protection, as well as enhancements for her magic-based attacks.
  • Her Red Ridding Hood type of attire is just a customized divine armor.

Amber Blight (5)

Job levels:
Summoner (10)

Appearance:
1600280582902.png
1600280622534.png
1600280683910.png

Personality:
Ergo displays Ignis's real world demanour: calm, collected, careful and attentive to details. Unlike Ignis, he is not a battle junkie, and would rather spend his days analyzing plants and come up with new medicine or potion ideas. His alignment (+50, Neutral) also makes him more prone to help people than Ignis, but he isn't a goody two shoes either, willing to devour, or experiment on those he considers "undeserving of life".

In battle Ergo never loses his cool, or, at least, that's how it seems. While it doesn't register on his face, Ergo can get angry, and one will tell when his neutral tone shifts to a harsh one.

Misc:
>His racials make him able to magnetize nearby metallic objects (including weapons and armour, as well as the player using the armour). He is not poisonous but generates extreme heat that can melt objects (on the level of Herohero's acid). His Radiant Essence racials mean he can generate light and his attacks have a positive karma effect (+500) regardless of his own alignment. Finally he can use his light abilities to create a mini "sun" to empower the plant creatures he summons (from his job levels).
>Any creature weaker than him will be transformed into a lesser slime if he kills it.
>Ergo has a bulky, defensive build, and relies on his plant summons to do damage, as his magic and physical attack stats are low.
HP: 100
MP: 100
Phy. Atk. : 30
Phy. Def. : 100
Agility: 40
Mag. Atk. : 20
Mag. Def. : 100
Resistance: 100
Special Ability: 100
>As a slime he is immune to poison, sleep effects, polymorph, stuns, normal weapon/bare-handed attacks (except bludgeon). His subtype special traits also bestow him with immunity to cold, heat/fire, electricity, and the holy element.
>Severe weakness to bludgeon attacks. No immunity to physical attacks enhanced by skills and magic.
Name: Okami
Appearance:
1600282355521.png

Levels:
Racial levels
Immortal human (none)

Job Levels
Monk (15)
Samurai (15)
Martial Artist (10)
Quickblade (10)
Sword lord (10)
Softstrike Monk (10)
Kensei (10)
Sovereign Blade (10)
Flowing Blade (5)
Sword saint (5)

Personality: A calm, collected, cheerful and laid-back individual, Okami is a person that prefers using as little violence as possible. He is willing to talk things out most of the time, and would rather not hurt people, but he is not a bleeding-heart idiot. If he sees the other party is unwilling to talk, or settle things peacefully, he will not hesitate to answer in kind. But first he will troll them.

Misc:
>>Karma (and moral alignment): +500 (Neutral Good)
>>His items give him protection against all elements and critical hits, as well as sonic resistance.
>>His katana has no particular effects, but its data crystals where empowered by a Caloric Stone. It is an indestructible and incredibly sharp weapon with outstandingly high damage that essentially became classified as a World Item, despite its lack of effects.
>>His immortality comes from his monk classes, which, along with the Martial Artist class also offer him immunity to poison, diseases, ability drain, energy drain, death effects, stunning, extra damage from sneak attacks, and time manipulation, as well as greater magical and physical resistances.
>>Immunity to fear and mind-control.
>>Has many abilities, both active and passive, that increase the damage of his sword strikes, as well as increase his critical hit rate and multiplier (from x2 to x4). His strongest (limited use) skills can even ignore defensive abilities (armor, resistances, and immunities), but he can only use skills like those around 5 times a day. One particular skill can only be used once a day, and is an aoe attack.
>>Dogmatic denial: extra resistance to spells that gain power based on karma values, such as divine, unholy, and necromancy ones (Sovereign Blade).
>>Can channel some Sovereign Dragon powers as active skills, because of his Soveregin Blade class.
>>His technique revolves around nonlethal damage. For each nonlethal action, he accumulates points for an actual damaging move. Once he uses the points on the damaging move, they are reset. He can do this indefinitely.
Name: Strawberry
Karma: -500

Levels:
Racial levels:
Dhampir: Day-born (none)

Job Levels:
Assassin (15)

Witch Killer (10)
Hunting Serpent (10)
Web Walker (10)
Nokizaru (5)
Time Thief (5)

Appearance:
1600282772949.png

Personality: Loyal yet haughty and feisty, Strawberry, has a sharp tongue, sometimes even sharper than her knives. She has no respect for weaklings and will not stop verbally and mentally abusing them until they break apart or toughen up. Despite all that, because of the nature of her job, she is also a talented actress, can blend in with ease regardless of scenario, and can change her manner of speech and address in an instant. Everything for a perfect assassination.

Misc:
>>Rogue-type build, specialised in high knife damage and poison, both amplified by ki. Can even ignore armor, resistances, and immunities to knife attacks 5 times a day (with cooldown). Can constatnly ignore armor with a variety of "touch attacks" and also harm incorporeal beings.
>>Poison immunity, instant death and aging immunity, as well as immunity to time manipulation outside her own (time thief), necrotic resistance, greater arcane resistance, energy drain resistance, level drain imunity, charm/mind control immunity, greater illusion resistance, regeneration (10% of a lvl 100 troll's).
>>Enhanced vision, tracking skills, ability to charm, cast illusions, extra damage against vampires and arcane casters, powerful debuffs, ability to become mist for a short time (impervious to damage, but cannot do damage or move), invisibility, blend into shadows, freedom of movement, evasion, master of disguise, maxed out speed and damage.
>>Can manipulate her own time in various ways, and make others slower (including casting). Her best Time Thief "spells" can refresh cooldowns on skills used recently, up to 10th tier, or multiply an attack or skill by overlapping multiple timelines.
>>Can imitate the skills of a spider (including generating web).
>>Spell eater, passive: 25 % of arcane damage gets absorbed and converted to ki.
>>Death mark: she can hit an enemy once and leave a mark. The second hit is an instant death. Opponents with instant death immunity get stunned instead. Opponents with stun immunity get stupified instead.
>>Items offer elemental resistance, critical hit resistance, stun resistance, divine resistance, and minor life steal from her divine class pair of knives.

The Deep Sea Trading Company - A Guild made to solely focus on taking a firm foothold in YGGDRASIL's economy, the DSTC was composed of a plethora of players of all different shapes and sizes with a common interest in accumulating wealth. With their offerings always dominating the first five pages of the In-Game Marketplace, they stood out just by having the most economically viable options offer most of the times. Not only that, but due to YGGDRASIL'S extremely malleable customization options, it was no difficulty for members of the DSTC to play it more like a Simulated Business management game than a traditional MMORPG. They had hands in everything from blacksmiths to shipwrights, by the end of YGGDRASIL'S lifespan it was harder to find an industry that the DSTC didn't have their fingers in at one point or the other.

True to their name, the DSTC's home territories were actually in the sea, with many of their higher ranked members taking up jobs as Ship Captains, Pirates, Aquatic Races, etc. Due to this, not many people in the game could recognize the scope of their reach unless they ventured beyond land. In fact, the Deep Sea Trading Company actually went unnoticed by many of the more casual players due to how much attention other guilds could garner through traditional combat-focused achievements.
