That's really totally up to you,but i prefer this format : the power in the beginning will gradually gain power over the year !So students will be weak in the beginning.

Well, it can happen from time to time, happened to me once or twice too. Not that it's a good thing, but the experience makes you more careful, at least that's the case for me. Regardless, glad that you're alright.
