Realistic or Modern Our picture perfect family (NOT) (Re-Boot)

"Ok, thank you Andrea. I need to at least get to my room." TJ jumped down from the tree, and ran inside. He hated when everyone always favored him over everybody else, especially out of bunch of the siblings. He believed that his mother wanted another children, but didn't wanna give birth again. His father never really claimed Roxy for that reason. Tommy was always well-minded, and mild-mannered. I guess that's why he's always been,"the favorite".

(Hey again! And that's awesome, @Paint The Sky Blue , haha. I dress like her also, but it is hard because I have to wear uniforms at school. -.-)

Roxy notices Tommy scurry inside. "What a baby," She scoffs, "The maid is like his damn blankey..." Roxy sighs and rips her headphones down from her ears, so that they hang on her neck. She skates towards the house, wondering if anyone bothered to buy her more strawberry Poptarts.

Food is one of those things that controls Roxy's mood... If you try to give her an off-brand or a piece of red meat, she'll bite your head off. However, her favorite foods, mostly Poptarts and Sour Patch Kids, can get her to temporarily warm up to you.

Tommy looked out of the living-room window. He noticed Roxy roll up on her skateboard. "She's such a prude. I think all she needs is a good boyfriend.... Oh wait I forgot, she's pansexual.". Even though he knew that she was adopted, and the fact that she was always so arrogant, he still loved his sister. He walked outside to her. He hands her something. "Here." He began to walk back to the house.

Roxy sees Tommy walking towards her, so she quickly thinks of a cliché insult to spit at him. The words are one the tip of her tongue, when he places something in her hand. She holds the object on human instinct, but shutters, assuming it might be negative. Roxy looks down at her hand slowly and eyes a pack of strawberry Poptarts.

"Hey Shortstuff!" Her voice is harsh as she uses the ironic nickname...ironic considering TJ is a bit taller than her. She lets a smile slip from her pierced lips, and her voice softens into an almost childish tone. "Thanks..."

Roxy moves in a mix of a skip and jog, pushing past Tommy. She tosses her board so that it perches awkwardly on the stairs and runs up to the loft. She dives on one of the couches and happily nibbles at her gift.

(Wow! How'd you know that that was what he'd give her?!?! :) )

Tommy smiled quietly as he walked back to the house. He felt appreciated for once in a long time. He walked over to the kitchen, as he got himself ice-cream. He usually didn't eat ice cream back-to-back so often, unless he was at the slightest bit happy.

(Lucky Guess! (: )

Roxy peers up at Andrea, letting crumbs fall onto the sofa without a second thought. She smirks at her and shrugs with one shoulder.

"It seems I've made quite a mess here..."

She pushes her snack wrapper onto the floor as she says this.

"I also had an incident last night with some paint... I swear, the brush just flew out of my hands!" Roxy giggles with a touch of hatred, remembering her paint "experiment" she did to redecorate her bedroom. Black and silver paint is now stained on her beige sheets and purple comforter.

Tommy heard what Roxy said, and was disgusted by her attitude. He tried his hardest not to say anything, but he just had enough.

"What the hell is up with you, Rox? Andrea may just work here, but you don't have to treat her like the trash you just raked into the floor!"

He was so angered by her, especially since she was treating someone badly, after she just had someone else be nice to her.

Andrea sighed and nodded. She started to clean up the mess Roxy had made and then threw out the trash. She headed up to Roxy's room

And moaned. She had just cleaned those sheets and then saw the mess she had made. She tried to get the paint out and failed. She headed outside and tried rubbing it out. She was getting frustrated and then went inside. These had to be hand washed and the tried her hardest to get the paint out and couldn't.

Roxy rolls her eyes, though a pang of guilt hits her stomach each time Tommy points out her negative attitude towards the employees of the house.

"Look, TJ. She should be glad I don't just complain to Mom about her. I may not be a goody-two-shoes like you, but at least I know how the world works. If I don't treat her like the maid she is, she'll trample all over me! This is house is her job, not her vacation. Understand...?"

Roxanne sighs, hoping her illogical thoughts are good enough for Tommy's young mind. She was not going to waste her life being nice to people. People are natural monsters, they need to be pushed. If her life had been perfect, she would have never got to this house or this life. For all Roxy knows, she could be dead on the corner if it wasn't for hate.

Tears of frustration and sadness streamed down her cheeks as she kept trying and trying to get rid of the stains. She sighed softly and cried silently and the stains didn't come out for a long time. She didn't complain though, she didn't do anything about it. She just worked until she was going to drop and then some. She finally was done and tried to dry the blankets and then had to go to Roxy. "Miss your sheets won't be ready it mil tomorrow morning, are there any spares?" she asked, her eyes bloodshot.

TJ (Tommy) pointed a dead stare towards Roxanne. "What the hell did you just call me?". He hated it when people made smart remarks about him being trying to be nice to people. He ESPECIALLY hated it when his sister would call him a goody-two shoes.

Roxy ignores Tommy's reaction and turns causally towards Andrea.

"Oh... yeah! I totally forgot! You can throw those old things out, I have better sheets in the three-floor hall closet, the one by the bathroom."

Roxanne smiles, genuinely, as if her comment solved all of Andrea's problems. She does not seem to notice the obvious signs of recent tears. Roxy pats TJ's head, trying to forget his question, and stomps quickly downstairs. She laughs to herself, finding conflict pretty amusing.

She went outside and started to cry softly. Why did that girl hate her so much? She sniffled and brought the sheets inside and threw them out. She wiped her tears and grabbed the new sheets. She pity them on her bed and then went outside to calm herself down.

Tommy got even more mad, as Roxy simply pats his head and skips away, like usual. He grunted. "Argh.... My sister, my sister.". He completely forgot about it, as he sat down on the couch to watch tv. He saw Andrea as she quickly went outside. She seemed to be very upset. He wanted to go talk to her, but he just couldn't. Though his parents favored him the most out of all the siblings, they did still create and harshly enforce strict rules on interaction with the employees. So he simply just had to stay there and deal with it.

Roxy chews on her index finger's nail and shoots rubber bands at the ceiling every few seconds. Her ball of rubber bands slowly transform into a rainbow carpet around her. After a bit, she waves her arms on the floor, and makes a "V" movement with her legs, pushing the rubber bands away from her imaginary wings. Her mind goes to a distant memory of making a snow angel as a child, with her hair still golden and her eyes still bright.

Tommy walked back upstairs. He walked past Roxy's room to get to his, but then doubled-back to see what she was doing. He made a weird look at her. "What the heck? What type of drugs did you sniff today?". He kinda fake laughed. He really didn't like having to be purposely mean to people just for a slight feel of power. He really did partly laugh because she did look funny while doing whatever she was doing. Plus it was sorta like a revenge statement.

Roxy frowns and scrunches up her nose at Tommy. She laughs quietly once he walks past, however, and sits up. She decides to go try to make skid-marks on the front street of the neighborhood, and strolls downstairs to get her board.
