Known Backstory : A rich girl from a gated community, her father owned a very profitable hedge fund. He was involved in a scandal of drugs and prostitution and died from an overdose while his trial was being set for a date. She was always an uptight child, but it seems to have gotten worse since her fathers passing, and her older sisters addiction to drugs exacerbating the situation, she seems to have become even more uptight over it. She is often found at parties with the sole purpose of finding her wayward sister.


Relationships:
-Mother, strained. Her mother had always been abusive to an extent, but once her father passed, it became an unbearable onslaught of insult and condescending quips.


-Sister, horrible. After their fathers death, her sister Taylor, became a raging drug addict. This has spilled over into Monika's life, with teasing about her being a possible dealer.

-Severe Depression, undiagnosed. Some days she doesn't seem like the same person, usually just chalking it up to being tired whem asked. Deep down shr feels hollow, empty, yet at the same time, anxious. Her mothers emotional abuse has led her to begin to develop suicidal thoughts, seeing it as the only true escape from the world around her.

-Emotionally abusive mother. Her mother is very old-fashioned and has a way of talking down to anyone. Even her own children.

He's been an orphan since he was 8. A year after his mother died, his father put him in one and left, never to be seen again. However, the lady who ran the orphanage has basically been like a second mother to him, allowing him to do whatever he needs to. As such, he's been doing extrmely well in school. Partially in the hopes that someone will see how good he is and adopt him. Partially because he wants to go to an Ivy League after high school so he can practically guarantee himself a better adult life than childhood.

MAIN FLAW/PROBLEM:

• Anxiety - He's worried about everything and it stresses him out.
  • Age - He's turning 18 and since it's his last year of high school, once he does turn 18, he'll have to leave the orphanage.
  • Ivy Leagues - As a Junior, he's just starting to apply to potential Colleges.
• Depression - The reason he's so hard on himself and why he tries so hard to make others proud. Keeping busy helps him keep his mind off of his depression, but every now and then, he just can't be bothered. Especially after being placed in the orphanage and watching dozens of other children come and go, he feels like no one loves him.
• Orphan - He's an orphan and knows no one else besides Ms. Stanford. If nothing works out after he turns 18 and graduates high school, he'll be homeless.
