Hello all! As the title so clearly states, I am looking for a partner who'd like to build upon a 'Fantasy/Medieval' sort of setting ( envision something along the lines of Final Fantasy.. but not quite as extravagant. ; - ; )! My basic idea is as follows:
- There will be three or maybe four (probably only three though) kingdoms that have been waging war for centuries. But two of the kingdoms, realizing that they need one another to rely on resources and growth for the future.. decide to send off their eldest child into marriage. the third kingdom is considered the 'outsiders', and doesn't think the other two kingdoms should unite. so that causes another war to erupt.
- I, have envisioned for my own OC to hold a general/captain sort of position in one of the said two kingdoms who are uniting army- taking her father's place after he passed. She loves her job, yet hates the Prince whom one day will rule the kingdom after his father and older brother pass (I think that's how that'd work?? Even if the brother gets married to the other kingdom's princess..?? I dunno; we can discuss this later).
- The third kingdom basically crashes the newly wedded couple from the two kingdoms ( As you can already tell.. I haven't thought of names yet. Shocker. ) and murders practically everyone; except for our oc's, and the prince whom everyone hates because he's an entitled brat (despite him being a literal adult). Haven't quite worked out the kinks as to why they kidnap him.. maybe for leverage or something??? And my OC is kept alive because.. well, I'm not sure of that either. That can be discussed further in messages!!
