marvel (really only looking for someone to play loki for me, doesn't have to be from the show but it can be. the only other character i have some muse to write against is tony. i can play just about anyone for you in return). im caught up on everything aside from the new captain marvel movie and would be happy doing ocs only too!
the last of us (ive seen the show and played both games extensively). can play and write against anyone. im also down to do something entirely with ocs! if you are a fxf or mxm lover, you are most likely to get me to agree to a story like that in this fandom
the hunger games. unfortunately i have not read the new book or seen the movie, but i dont mind spoilers and/or finally having an excuse to read it. spoilers dont bother me here. ive read the original series multiple times and while i dont have many original or creative ideas, if you have one youve been dying to do id love to participate! this is another one where if youd like to do a fxf or mxm story, youre likely to get a yes from me here
fairy tail (the anime!). i havent seen the whole anime, and as a result would really like to do only ocs here; but if you have a compelling plot idea regarding the canon, you may be able to sway me. i really like the world built here and would love to expand on it. also, i dont mind spoilers here, as a matter of fact it is heavily encouraged if we are making something entirely new
harry potter (read all the books and seen all the movies). perfectly fine with doing canon or ocs only here, and theres a 50/50 shot of me doing any pairing here too. im not as brushed up on this as i once wasalso fxck jk rowling but dont mind doing some homework for a roleplay. would love to play against draco or sirius if we do anything with the original characters

original ideas

sort of plot ideas:
a well known hero (mc) and a well known villain (yc) are forced to team up against a common threat, and end up falling in love. maybe the villain goes on a reluctant redemption ark along the way, maybe his original plan is to take down the enemy then kill mc, who knows. i didnt want to be too specific on this idea so that we can make it our own!
two close friends from different kingdoms find out that mc, a princess, is arranged to marry yc's older brother. maybe we play out the events leading up to the wedding, or the roleplay starts after the wedding when the princess has moved into the castle with yc and his brother? i imagine a lot of tension and pining here, because they really shouldn't like each other... but they do/one of them does
similarly to that of the idea above, maybe two royal members who have never met before agree to a marriage to unite their kingdoms. to the public, they are deeply in love but behind closed doors, they dont get along at all and dont even share a room. we'd get the fun of them being somewhat attracted to each other but arguing too much to deal with it properly as well as the stress of keeping the act up
one of our characters gets a wedding invite from their ex to attend their wedding. not wanting to show up single and alone, they are about to decline when their coworker or boss strikes them a deal: they will pretend to be their significant other in exchange for them picking up overtime or taking over some shifts. seeing as their coworker or boss is rich and hot, the other agrees. from there we can plot stuff out or see what happens
our characters are exes that broke up for any reason we decide. despite their bitterness and bickering, they still deeply love each other. their friend group organizes a trip to anywhere we decide. unbeknownst to our characters, the friends have all made it their mission to get the two of our characters back together. we'd get to put our characters through the ringer and see how they deal lol
muse a is a genius who has figured out how to time travel whenever and however they please. muse b is their love in every universe and every timeline. muse a, finding that muse b keeps getting killed in the other timelines, jumps to the timeline of our roleplay to protect muse b, the only one of their love that doesnt have a muse a in their universe. maybe they dont get along right away, maybe muse a plays into the fact that muse b doesnt know who they are and wins them over quickly. this has a lot of creative freedom; we can make it as angsty and painful or as fluffy and sweet for the characters as we like
muse a is a spy whose job is to protect their asset, muse b. muse b has no clue what or why any world government would want them, or maybe they do and are just stuck with the spy tailing their every move. another one where we have a lot of freedom deciding their dynamic and what will happen - i think we could definitely use magic and stuff here if we wanted! or, if we both like the spy role, maybe two spies are sent to protect the asset and those are the characters we play?
muse a and muse b are close coworkers. while they rarely get along and are what some would say is a too competitive nature, they are both rather skilled in what they do. because of this, they are paired together for a mission or job that takes them both out of their regular element. this is inspired by the earlier seasons of what jake peralta and amy santiago have in brooklyn 99, but we could make this anything. maybe they are spies, or are guards for a castle or something
