Organization

Uta

The Mask Maker
If suggestions are welcomed, I'd like to just point out that the hosted projects seem to have a lot more organization and options the creator can choose from. Is there any way us normal users could have access to some of these tools? (such as choosing to keep all relevant information under a single tab and pinning rules and important information and then sub-threading the actual story with roleplay)

The whole reason why these roleplays have more organization makes them a Hosted Project. Roleplays that are within the other roleplay forums don't necessarily need that level of organization. If you're looking to use a single tab for your roleplay, delete all of the other tabs provided, and use BBCode. Tab BBCode works great and so do accordions.

The other reason why Hosted Projects are allowed that level of organization is because they're an actual forum board. They're not just threads. That's why users need to go through the process of speaking with the administration about the different types of boards they want and how they want those boards to be placed.

Basically this.

Existing RPs are just basically threads while Hosted Projects have to manually be made by my self or an admin in the backend and its an entire forum subsection, like this site questions board you are on or Entertainment Discussion or anything forum part of the site.

Also, you can definitely get a hosted project with the proper quality and care taking. I got one because I had (and still have) a wonderful team and there was lots of planning and interest. It just obviously takes a lot of work to actually make that happen, so not every potentially failing RP can have so much work and bandwitdh dedicated right away.
