AbilitiesTo the general public and even the hero association, the exact nature of her abilities remains clouded in mystery with relatively little known to her full potential outside what has been observed. Claiming a desire for secrecy as it creates a mystique she has often deflected or refused to answer any questions, even going as far as implying several implausible ones such as claiming to be a master magician, an eldritch being, or an 8th-dimensional being and the observations is just their minds struggling to explain the unexplainable. The truth of the matter is she is a specialized psychic to a terrifying degree with mastery over the two lesser-known disciplines but that govern fundamental forces.

These are Leptokinesis, which allows her to manipulate molecules to a fine degree, and Regokinesis which allows the manipulation of the innate vectors of objects. Fortunately, the high level of power of these abilities has drastically reduced the range to barely an inch from her body, requiring them to be close enough to almost touch in order to apply them. These abilities themselves require an immense amount of brainpower in order to employ despite the latter being reactionary and have resulted in the development of her mental faculties in order to support the vast number of calculations in their use, something only further increased by the alterations she has made to her own brain with her powers to drastically increases its size, density and as a result her raw intelligence.

She has also employed similar techniques to the rest of her body despite the outwards appearances, her bone, muscle, and skin having been increased and compacted by transferring molecules from other items. The end result of this is her body's density and toughness have been increased to the upper limits of superhuman levels, with even more possible should she convert additional material. This has also had the result of making their true weight perhaps more than any man-made structure, something that is fortunately mitigated her Regokinesis controlling gravity's effect upon her being and allow her to travel normally if needed. The combination of these two powers with her mind and altered body could easily place her ranking far higher if not for her superstition wishing to maintain the number 8 as “The Luckiest Rank”, something she has been incredibly firm on when it was even suggested to be changed by the Hero Association.

When it comes to Martial combat she does not appear to be lacking, Seemingly constantly moving, she is capable of truly inhuman acts of acrobatics and gymnastics at a great speed likely spurred on further by talent as a dancer and singer. She has had extensive martial training leaning towards the practice of Bajiquan and Aikido, fusing both to make her movements incredibly difficult to predict given the unnatural rotations, especially when incorporating her powers and physical condition to this. She can be extremely convincing in arguments and negotiating when required, capable of flipping arguments or points of view to quickly come around to her side in addition to being a skilled actress. Her actions and plans however seem extremely spontaneous and reactionary, capable of extremely quick thinking when combined with an instinctual deduction ability can quickly reveal facts to the situation others miss. Possibly due to her mental capabilities as well as strong ego she is also extremely resistant to outside mental influence, with any control that does break through being fleeting.

PersonalityHigh energy and motivated to a fault, she often heads into situations with failure the furthest thing from her mind. A paradox to those who know her well, she puts her all into everything yet comes across as lackadaisical, relentless working but seeming lazy, devoted yet uncaring, Insightful yet thoughtless. Loving to make a show of things and talk (oh the talking), she rarely goes for the subtle approach at least regarding her entrances often making people wonder if she ever has an actual plan, her tactics on the other hand are deceptively subtle to the point and indirect on times. Nevertheless, she has the preference for the spontaneous and adapting to the situation, though it does come off as carefree and not taking the situations seriously at times regardless of the truth of the matter. Prideful and always seemingly putting on a show herself merely due to the enjoyment of it that others can receive, though also perhaps the sheer attention plays a part too.

HistoryMuch of QT's past is unknown, but she mentioned that he once had a "normal name" which has yet to be revealed, and most likely never will, as she herself forgot it. What is known is at a young age she was taken to the “8 Precepts Power Curriculum Program”, a front for a villainous organization attempting to recruit children with particular abilities. Realizing her powers, QT was sent to a "special class" and spent much of her childhood there until nine years old, before being moved into another special class. Both of these had her as the only student and kept her isolated from the outside world while attempting to indoctrinate her to the organization while further testing the limits of her abilities.

When QT was a child, she couldn't fit in with the other children due to her powers, harming those that tried to get close to her with the unconscious activation of her Regokinetic abilities. Around at the age of 16, a particular incident within the facilities escalated to the point of its complete destruction and hero organization being deployed against her under the detection of a Dragon level threat, she remained silent about the entire affair upon their arrival and effectively gave up as the first hero arrived. This combined with no evidence of her connection to a crime would lead to her release and eventual acceptance into the hero ranks.

She is currently set protecting City H, somewhat of a local celebrity given her friendly and casual approach to her new duty as well as the mystery regarding even her abilities letting the rumor mill go into overdrive after every appearance.​

Moneybags- Joseph Riley the 4th is from the most wealthy family in all of history, possessing a net worth on his own in the high hundreds of billions, the entire families wealth numbers in the dozens of trillions, and there is nearly nothing they cannot purchase, bribe, influence, or have removed. nearly 70% of the hero organizations funds come from the Riley family.

Gear:
The Ten Rings- advanced technologies developed and often upgraded by the Private R&D department owned by Joe 4. there are five different colors, green, blue, red, yellow, and violet. Each color has a positive and a negative version and each one mimics a superpower with applications based on whether it is a positive or negative or combination activation.
Yellow- using the minus ring on his left hand he is able to heal damage to himself in a flood of yellow light, using the plus ring on his right hand he is able to heal others in the same brilliant yellow energy. Using both rings he is able to unleash a massive nova burst of healing that will effect all in a 30 meter radius.

Red- Using the minus ring on his left hand he is able to coat himself in a red energy that amplifies his muscles physical strength. Using the positive ring on his right hand he is able to focus all of that energy into devastating punches capable of downing skyscrapers in a single blow. using both rings he is able to coat an opponent in the same red energy which will work against them, usually enough so to immobilize the foe.

Green- using the minus ring on his left hand he is able to coat himself in a skintight barrier that is bullet proof and filters the air he breathes allowing him to operate underwater or in poisonous environments.using the positive ring on his right hand he is able to generate a 3 meter circular shield in any direction around him, this shield is strong enough to withstand small nuclear blasts like the ones used in hiroshima and nagasaki. using both rings he can erect a bubble shield that will encompass all within it and is capable of withstanding multiple buildings collapsing on it.

Blue- using the minus ring on his left hand he is able to unleash moderately powerful impact lasers that move at the speed of light and hit with the impact of a very hard punch, the positive ring allows him to store up that energy and unleash it as a basketball sized sphere of compressed hardlight that will explode on impact with a powerful concussive wave capable of rendering an unguarded human unconscious within a radius of 15 meters. Using both rings he is capable of firing hot plasma jets with exceptional range, these are less used for attacking foes and more so used to burn holes in thick armor or melt away debris.

Violet- Using the minus ring on his left hand he can access the storage pocket dimension his crew invented and tied to the ring, this allows him to pull various kinds of pre-stored gadgets, items, and even cash. using the positive ring on his right hand he can create portals traversable by multiple individuals, finally using both rings he is able to instantly teleport to any pre set safe location and back to the locateion he teleported from.

Note- all 10 rings draw power from the same source of energy, an experimental heavy matter fusion engine located within his R&D bunker. it wirelessly beams energy to the rings via several microscopic portals. the rings are just conduits of that power and like any conduits they have their limits and can break if these limits are exceeded. while replacements do exist losing rings in combat will drastically lower his potential capabilities. sadly his experimental fusion reactor is prohibitively expensive to recreate as many of the required materials no longer exist, this reactor is said to have enough power within it to erase entire continents and likely change the shape of the earth if it goes critical.

Public image: Rakkdos is known as the generalist hero and is usually the one people like seeing when their house was just blown up, as he will not only save you but likely pay to have your home rebuilt and pay for the hotel they will stay in while it is being rebuilt.

Personality:
Joe is a very idealistic and serious man most of the time, he believes those with power have a responsibility to use it to help those without it and as such he often has arguments with his father and other wealthy individuals. other heroes often have a hard time relating to and working with him as his being raised in the literal ivory tower his family built has kept him a bit sheltered and given him a limited though unique perspective on things. that said no one can accurately claim this man is selfish or greedy as he willingly gives all he is allowed to give and seems to hold no value in money or assets. nonetheless many still hate him for what he was born to and the systems his father and grandfathers set in place though few would bring it to his attention fearing his actual power to cause harm far exceeds the power allotted to him by his rings. those who know him well however know that is likely the last thing they have to fear from this man.

History:
Joseph was the owner of a massive global construction company whose massive underground storehouses made it through the disaster that limited mankind to the 26 cities. Most others had lost all their resources and as such his company became insanely wealthy by having a direct and crucial role to building cities A through Z. This wealth was made all the more vast by his son Joseph Riley junior, who invested all that he inherited into various other projects ranging from electrical companies to plumbing companies even cereal factories and toilet paper manufacturers. The Riley family was involved in almost everything by the time Joe Riley Junior perished and everything they became invested in became profitable. Joe Riley the third began investing in entertainment and media companies stirring up controversy by crushing all competitors via only allowing commercials for his families produce in his media channels. Despite his cutthroat business tactics and generally cruel attitude towards all things and people he managed to turn all this around and his public image was restored when he put his companies vast wealth into building up the hero organization.

This of course only left one option for a young Joseph Riley the fourth, to continue to tread in his families legacy, which had just become tied closely with the heroes of the world. The young child wouldn't let something like a lack of superpowers impede his progress, and luckily for him his father supported him completely. He purchased for him the best instructors in academia and martial arts that money could buy, and the young Joe four soaked it up like a sponge. His knowledge of sciences and warfare grew and as heroes spread he began to apply that to studying them as well. collecting his research data and taking the very large financial gift his father gave him at his 18th birthday he paid a team of scientists to craft for him his Ten Rings and the heavy matter fusion reactor, no easy task mind you as it took them seven years with the worlds greatest minds and a bottomless budget. after their completion he trained himself to use them for a solid year before going to apply for the hero organization. merely a formality as his father had already pulled the strings. nonetheless he managed to pass all scores with enough of a margin to allow him immediately into the A-rank. For another year he would work as a hero gaining fame and notoriety both due to his effectiveness and selective coverage from his fathers news companies.

While these advantages earned him the ire of many he paid them no mind choosing instead to focus on continuing to grow in his skills and knowledge. eventually this would make him enough of an exceptional hero that none could dispute his victory earning him a spot among the other S-ranks. however his same drive has caused his rank to fluctuate. he started out as rank 15, but the second year he made a huge gain making it all the way to rank 10, in the following year he was knocked down to rank 12, and finally this year he showed exceptional progress climbing up to rank 9 and holding it. he now focuses his R&D department on developing life saving gear for the hero organization and his company secretly engages in humanitarian relief efforts at his direction, hidden because his father would not approve the decision. however much as he loves being a hero and much as he loves his father, he knows that the level at which he can help others will become vastly greater when his old man kicks the bucket...

Motivation: Joe 4 sees it as his hereditary duty to provide benefit to the world in any way he can, he sees the suffering on the bottom rungs of society which others in his upper class are blind to, yet he refuses to turn a blind eye to it.

Likes: Connecting with people, the rush of his life being at risk, expensive suits, taco trucks

Dislikes: Irresponsible heroes, most of the other 1%ers, villains that target children (will kill them 98% of the time), cold coffee, polyester.

Fears: Dying before he can save someone, his families wealth being used for wicked purposes, the fact that monsters seem to be growing stronger while heroes grow weaker and more numerous, the potential destruction of his reactor.​

Swordsmanship: Teika can wield a sword with incredible expertise in speed, power, and skill, allowing him to perform feats seemingly impossible. He can sword-fight with little or no effort, deliver skillful strikes to weak points with great precision, and cut only and exactly what he wants.

Martial Arts: Teika also possesses great skill in unarmed combat. He prefers using a sword but learned martial arts in case he doesn't have a sword.

Kusanagi: Named after the original legendary sword, Kusanagi is a shiny silver katana. It has a curved blade and a single edge.

Teika is that one super cool and chill hero. He comes off very friendly yet cool and collected. He is most popular with youth because they adore his finesse when handling enemies.

Personality:
Teika is a nonchalant, typically indifferent, and humorous character. He passes the vast majority of his time when not on duty, lounging, wondering, or sleeping. He's also cool and confident. He likes to just take things as they come rather than worrying about what could happen. It is rare for Teika to get angry or raise his voice. It's also rare for him to lose his cool under stress. With his very-laid back and easygoing personality, Teika is considered one of the coolest heroes.

History:
Teika was the son of a professor and swordsman. When he was ten years old he was waiting in the car as his parents were in a convenience store, shopping for snacks. They ended up being murdered along with the cashier. Teika witnessed all of this as he sat in the back of the car. When their killer fled, he rushed in to check on his parents. The emotion that he felt as he held his dying parents awakened his latent telepathic powers and he experienced their emotions as they died. This traumatic event left Teika in a withdrawn and deeply depressed state. Moreover, he could not control his newly awakened telepathic abilities and had to isolate himself from other people to hold on to his sanity.

Eventually, Teika was sent to an orphanage for kids with powers. There he learned about heroes, powers, villains, etc. He also learned how to control his own powers and use them in a variety of ways. Being as his father was a swordsman and wanted to teach him the ways of the blade, Teika practiced swordsmanship in his free time. Soon coming to fully master it. The orphanage was also a martial art's school so Teika learned a little martial arts as well. When Teika hit his teenage years, he had become the most powerful orphan at the orphanage, even surpassing adults. His strong power along with his unparalleled sword skills helped him to rise to the top and become the undefeated.

At some point in his growth, he decided he was going to become a pro-hero in order to stop things like what happened to his parents happening in the future. Once he entered the hero scene, he quickly rose to the top with his strength and skill. Becoming one of the top 10 S-class heroes in short time.

Abilities:

-Unlimited Imagination: He doesn't know where his power comes from but all he knows is that it is only limited by his imagination. He can pick up anything and whatever he imagines it is, it becomes. The size of the object must be similar, for example a large stick could be a sword. The strangest part of his power is that in this example, the stick would still look exactly the same. However it would be able to slice and dice like a sword and also be able to be used defensively like one. His most dangerous weapons are his name sake, his finger guns.

Superhuman: As with most S-Class heroes, he has superhuman levels of strength, speed, reactions and durability. Of all of these his super human powers, it is his durability that goes far beyond most other S-Class heroes, able to fight on through horrific injury. A high level healing factor allows him to survive all but the more grievous wounds that would kill anyone else.

Public image: He presents himself as a no nonsense, stoic bad ass who shows no fear.

Personality: While he presents himself to the public as being extremely focussed and serious, in reality he is a bit of a goofball. He loves to have banter with his fellow heroes, even if some of them are particularly stuck up their own backsides. Those heroes tend to find themselves on the receiving end of some rather childish and often over the top pranks.

He acts like a relic from the 80s which can sometimes rub people up the wrong way but regardless of the words coming out of his mouth, he has the back of everyone around him whether they are a hero or a member of the public. He will save whoever he can, he just wants to look bad ass doing it.

History: He had the most normal and unremarkable start to his life. Things only started to get interesting shortly after his 25th birthday. He awoke to find himself blessed with super human abilities. It wasn't until six months after he discovered his imagination power. He spent some time perfecting his skills before becoming a vigilante hero.

A short time later he drew the attention of the Hero Association who managed to convince him to apply. He sailed through their tests and set a standard that saw him go straight into S-Class, albeit at the rank of 15 given it was the only space. That is currently where he resides, although he has far more to show when he finally gets the call.

Motivation: Regardless of what he says about wanting to be bad ass, the real reason be does what he does is to protect the world.

Abilities:
Devil Dealing: Beezlebub's first ability is very important. When she and someone else makes a deal, in exchange for something she can borrow their shadow. She doesn't even have to shake their hand just so long as they do it with a contract she made. If they break the deal they made Ally is able to keep their shadow indefinitely while also allowing her to not follow through with her end of the bargain.

Shadow Demons: After making deals with people, she will get their shadow as payment. The shadows she gains stay in her own shadow hidden away until they need to be used. Beelzebub is able to summon and use these shadows to her hearts content, making claws, weapons and other such things out of the shadows she has contained. The more shadows she has makes her abilities more powerful and if she doesn't have any she can use her own shadow if needed. She could even use them to move about quickly

Microphone Stand/Staff: The one and only piece of gear she has, despite it not being connected to anything it can amplify her voice

Public image: Beelzebub is extremely two faced when it comes to her public image. When facing villains and monsters she has no remorse and will quite commonly kill or seriously maim them. However when it comes to the general public and other heroes she is extremely affable and loves talking to them, especially children.

Personality:
Ally is a jovial thing, always seen with some sort of smile spread across her her face even to villains although for them she makes her smiles creepy. Despite being a rich woman she has no care in how she spends it or who she spends it on, often times just giving it to innocent people who have been hurt during a fight. She is extremely protective of children and she can and will kill a villain that even so much as touches a child, as it's one of the few things that will make her angry. Her most dangerous trait is her silver tongue able to coax people into telling her their desires and using them to make a deal with them. She is an absolute snark and will make user of her silver tongue to get in discreet and not so discreet jabs at a person

History:
Little is known about the... thing that is Ally Allure. Every time someone has asked her about the question she has given a different answer. Most of them were obvious rip off of other heroes, her mother and father were killed and went to an orphanage, was secretly a cyborg, was kidnapped by villains to be made into a weapon. The list goes on and on, so far there are only three solid facts about her that everyone can agree on 1. That one day she and her Casino just showed up out of nowhere in City X, 2. She is somehow super rich and 3. She cares deeply for kids.

Unsurprisingly none of these are actually true and probably no back story ever will be, since as to quote a famous clown, I prefer my back story to be multiple choice. On the record for the association this is her story. Ally grew up in Y-City with only her mother for family as she grew up, it was kinda boring in her words. That was until she was about 15, that's when the mysterious being attacked Y-city. It was pretty bad as there wasn't any heroes in the area at the time, her mother god bless her soul did her best to save Ally and other people that had gotten trapped. Unfortunately though, the creature found her while helping someone else and was killed. Days later after the creature had been killed and everything was being restored, Ally found her mother's corpse, intense anger and sadness overwhelmed her. That was the first time her shadow and the shadows around her came alive and grieved with her.

For the next 10 years, Ally disappeared off the grid, using that time to learn how to use her powers and refine them, as well as what persona to have as a hero when she joined the association. Last year she resurfaced in S-City along with a building that seemingly appeared overnight called Sin City. She joined the heroes association as an A-Rank but very quickly rose through the ranks into S-Rank 13. As of yet she hasn't even attempted to push further up the ranks, deciding to stay at rank 13 unfortunately the association doesn't know as to why that is the case.

Motivation:
To put the name of her and her casino, named Sin City, on the map. As well as because she is absolutely, terribly bored otherwise
