Senior year in high school for our characters. He's still the same person in terms of personality of course, and he will still be Butters most of the time, but when he's presenting as Marjorine, he'll use feminine pronouns.))
It'd taken a few passes with the curling iron to get his hair the way he wanted, but luckily Butters had woken up early for this. It's not like he hadn't dressed up before, but this felt... different. Before then, he was still Butters, just in pretty clothes and makeup. But this time, he wanted it to mean something.
He dashes to the closet and after some shuffling around in the box he keeps tucked in the corner, he comes back with a floral patterned top and an ankle-length khaki skirt. He walks back to the mirror, does a few final touches on his makeup, and takes in the full image. It was still his face and everything, but now it was hers too. Marjorine fidgets for a minute, hands wringing against themselves, before deciding this was as good as she could get.
She darts out the front door with a rushed goodbye to her parents - they wouldn't care (and not in the good way), but she'd rather not have to talk about it.
At school, before she could even get to her locker, she hears a confused 'Butters?' from behind her, and she turns to see the usual gang giving her looks. "I-it's Marjorine today, fellas."
