In such a large hospital, each floor is like a mini-world of its own. A major highway pile-up occurs just outside the city, resulting in dozens of critically injured patients being rushed to the hospital. The emergency department is overwhelmed as doctors and nurses from all floors are called in to help. The trauma team works tirelessly to triage and stabilize patients, while the surgical floor scrambles to prepare operating rooms for the influx of emergency surgeries. The ICU quickly fills up with critically injured patients, and the hospital's resources are stretched to their limits. Amidst the chaos, a doctor discovers that one of the patients is carrying a highly contagious disease, adding another layer of complexity to the already dire situation. The hospital staff must work together, making split-second decisions to save as many lives as possible while preventing an outbreak.
